Volks Super Dollfie - SD, SD13, SD16, SD17, SDGr, SDGou & FCS - XXXIII

I picked up both Volks Pink House dolls (Maccha and Yumepi) through auction! They will be my first Super Dollfies~ paid a bit to get them, but I am just happy to be getting them at this point lolol.

Those are my dream girls, I am so sad I wasn’t interested in SD back when they came out. Such pretty faces ~

 

Thank you! I was sad that I learned about them way too late so I couldn't even enter the lottery for them! I hope you can get them one day too--I could have waited myself, but I don't know how often or if Volks does much re-releases!

 

While I didn't win Oscar I at least won her gorgeous white dress which arrived today . I am very relieved the dress fits at least one of my girls (as I don't own any SD16 girl bodies).



I think it looks very beautiful on Theresa. And I just hope it will still fit her when she gets her new body .

Does anyone know if SD13 Anna is still in stock on Volks international? I saw her there, but was having the login bug described on their page. After clearing my Volks site history she's not there any more

Did anyone else order anything from the Volks February collection (VolksUSA or JP)? I treated myself as an early birthday gift and was able to snag the SD Mimosa dress. It's my favourite colours and super cute, so happy to have actually gotten it! I was a bit stressed about it not being lottery, but I lucked out! I can't wait for my girl to wear it.

She’s still in stock but she can only ship to addresses within Japan. If you login with an international account she will disappear because of this. (Same thing happens with liquids and a few other items.)

Thank you for solving that mystery! Yesterday I was curious and tried putting Anna in my shopping cart, and each time she disappeared. Just now I re-read her sale page, and see the discreet phrase "Limited sale in Japan". Volks has saved me from myself; I'd been contemplating buying an Elsa, after seeing my friend's Elsa, lol.

 

Ohhh that makes sense! Thank you for that info I haven't ordered from the Japanese site in yearrs. Do you know if they'll accept any Japanese address (like a forwarding service) or must be residential? I'd rather avoid shipping to my personal address if possible because I'm away indefinitely and my partner will take so long to forward her to me Frozen 3 will already be in theaters by then .


Need a sister for this girl. I removed her outfit for the first time since I got her last July and noticed that it has left stains on the sides of her rib cage area that were very difficult to remove .. a warning for other Elsa owners who like to keep her in fullset. For the time being, I have covered the areas with low tack artist tape. I wonder if the dollfie dream tape Volks sells is better or if it's just the same thing.

Mine was arrived last Monday too, customs released her in the same day, but some how she was stuck in Canada post for 4 days XD and I paid $173 for duty and tax lol

 

I did ship to a Japanese forwarding address once but it was right after I’d left Japan with a non limited product. I’m not sure if they’d flag it for something like this or not…

sadly its stuck in mississauga hell and i'm in the countryside of Quebec so it's a bit of a distance

It’s probably because Volks only has the Japanese license to sell Elsa and Anna, and not an international one, and they can’t ship outside the country. However, I imagine if you are a foreigner who shops at a physical store, there would be no issue in buying. Maybe look at a proxy if you want the girls?

 

VolksUSA ships fast! I already got the outfit from CA and I'm in Florida (other side of the country)! I have to say, I'm never disappointed in the quality of clothing from Volks (though I can't say I own a lot, just some). I wish I had tried this fashion style on Cozi sooner because she looks so adorable in it!



I hope you get your girl soon @dollykrysis ! The waiting is the worst, especially when you know it's close but still out of reach. And hopefully you won't have to pay much of customs!
