@mx_95, I hadn't noticed how much they changed the upper lip! Your original drawing has no cupid's bow, but the sculpt does.

@yin801122 I have to say I was touched and it was so very very sweet when they used the name Diamond for her. I wasn't even thinking about it when I added my entry... Was more associating her with "Diane" but I love Diamond a lot

@snowgray indeed! When I first saw her, I was a little surprised at the lips! But maybe it's for the better!! They know better what they're doing : D

 

@mx_95 It might be possible to paint the lips in such a way that more resembles your drawing! Sometimes you can get away with that sort of thing, and I've certainly seen people do the opposite (use a faceup to create a more intense cupid's bow than the sculpt has).

I am seriously so excited to see Diamond get customized as a boy... ehehe

 

There's always one! It's so funny how it turned out this way because at first I only intended to get one doll but then one eventually led to another due to the immense cuteness and now they're all part of the crew

This is a long shot, but does anyone have a photo of a blank Cristal? I want to do a faceup mockup, but I don't want to wipe mine quite yet >w<

 

Question for people with both SDGrB and revival bodies, how much taller is the revival boy body than 62 cm? I only know both the legs and neck are longer but not the exact stats.

also, the size of SDGrB boy get (length and width) if you have it. They’re just not up on volks website stats lol

 

Nooooooooo, new thread and I've missed so much! I had to play catch up.

I have and the necks are too thick. But, if you're just looking for bodies in a similar height range there are other options. I put my SD10 Petit Le Frere on a True Love body, and my SD10 Williams got the 60cm Fantasy doll body I had on hand.

 

Does anyone here have SD17+SDGr G couples? I'm contemplating (a very bad decision...) and I'd like to see examples

Sorry to take so long, but here's a quick pic of my SDGrG/SD17 couple, Tsubaki (Belle) and Toshio (Ryoma). They've been a couple in my house ever since I put Belle next to Ryoma 9 years ago; they seemed attracted to one another She's wearing high heels and he's in his sock feet --

He's very protective of her!

 

I have both SDGr bodies, so I took some pictures!
Here is a standing picture:

The first is a SDGr revival body with L-01 revival normal legs, next is a revival body with L-03 revival long legs and the last is a SDGr body with long legs (old L-01, currently L-04 when ordering a full choice doll) When sitting, the bodies are the same height.

@kotoshin width of the body is approx 9.5~10cm for both types, 53.5cm tall w/revival normal legs and 55.5cm tall with long legs (no head attached)

Hi i am a bit confused with these sdgr bodies, apart from the option al leg parts is there an improvement? Also can they be ordered through FCS or are they exclusive to the limited releases? Sorry for so many questions
