I was assuming volks usa was waiting for the dolls party in LA after event to close to announce the october FCS but its been closed for 4 days already. The FCS order period usually lasts 10 days so I wonder if they’re maybe taking orders the last 10 days of this month? Hopefully we hear something soon….but wow The after event, the holiday one offs and possibly FCS…we’re getting so much!!

 

Question since I don't have any experience with either of these bodies... Can an SD16 girl head be put onto an SDGr body? Or is the 16 head too mature looking for the graffiti body?

 

I only have the SDGR girl body, but I think an SD16 head can work if you don't mind the height and body porportion differences (especially in the waist). The SD16 heads are more mature looking but not so much so that it would look out of place imo!

 

Most (if not all), any sized SD head (SD, SD13, SDGr, SD16, SD17 - boy or girl) can be put on the SDGr body (or any SD body). It comes down to personal taste. If you are looking for something in particular, you could start a photo request thread to see if someone has already done it? Good luck!

 

I can tell you that Pearl does NOT work on SD13 from experience SDGr should be okay though.

I had a spare Irvin body and wanted to try the PS Amber head of Pearl on it. It was a disaster!

 

I can believe that! lol Even though Volks says you can, I think there a lot of combinations that aren’t the most flattering.

 

Ha ha yeah, Volks gets a lot of mileage out of 'technically, yes'.

 

Volks definitely takes the "well technically it can fit" quite liberally (lol, @Gallye I guess we were typing the same thought at the same time!)

They posted this not too long ago on insta (first photo) and I ended up sending it to my friends since I was so marveled at their ambition the more you look at it the more cursed it becomes.

I was so startled at seeing an online FCS email that I signed back in for the first time in ages. Have Emerald and Topaz been released before? Can't find any info online.

 

Emerald and Topaz are brand new and were officially unveiled at LA Dolpa last month.

 

Ear options?! Multiple hand options?! What a treat! Now all I have to do is figure out how to not get all 5 of them

 

I wonder what Amber skin tone looks like. Have there been any LEs with that skin tone, or is it only FCS? (Does anyone have a photo comparison between Amber and White?)
