1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. Thanks all for the replies, i forgot to add that i was aware that it was a revival body XD but since its from a fcs body there might be a chance it was either normal legs or long legs, sadly it doesn't matter anymore, i wanted to get it for a head i won on Yahoo but the seller cancelled the sale, so back to the drawing board

    2. Thank you so much! The outfit is by Klesis, who always has such cute designs!
I can't wait to see your F-32 as well! :dance

    4. Hello everyone! I wanted to share my sweet Delphine who arrived all the way from Japan yesterday! Mācha has been a grail of mine since she debuted and I never thought I'd get to bring one home. So excited to share her with you all!

Side bar - I remember my first volks doll back in 2002 and the default face ups have come come such a long way. I'm biased but the details on this girl have me floored.

    5. I love her little eye glitters!

    6. I love seeing everyone's Macha & Yumepi! ♥

I was inspired by their eye glitter when I asked the lovely Aridede to paint one of my girls. >_>

I can't wait to see more eye glitter! XD

    7. She's even more gorgeous in your picture than on the site. It truly captures the eye glitter and details of her outfit. She's my grail too. I first found out about dolls from lolita, seeing Liselotte in a Btssb dress quite a long time ago. I was a broke teenager at the time, but dreamed of owning a btssb colab one day. So Macha invokes a really nostalgic feeling for me. I'm holding out hope for the US lottery, but no emails as of yet (has anyone gotten one?). Otherwise, Ill have to save for secondhand prices- that will hurt lol.

    8. I think lottery results come out on the 21st. I hope I'm lucky and win the dress I wanted.

    9. Thank you :3nodding: I must have missed that bit. I hope there's enough for everyone to get what they want.

    10. I managed to snag an Eternal Ribbon dress set from the mad dash on the international scramble and it arrived one day before the lottery results for the dolls. A happy consolation for losing, is what I thought. I entered for both Macha and Yumepi after event lottery and won Macha! She arrived today, a whole day earlier than expected. I assumed she would arrive a day before lottery results, just like the dress. Poughkie (Pink House Macha) now has a twin! I'm leaning towards Macci but I have to see how it works.

I noticed while opening her default dress, that it's full of blue dressmakers marks all over the white shirt and parts of the red dress. I'm not upset, but super surprised as I don't remember hearing of any Volks clothes quality issues. I have to send an email to Volks asking how to proceed.

    11. @kersuru I was just gonna post about my Yumepi's dress having ink spots on it. :atremblin I suspect it is heat erase ink used to mark where the bows should be placed in her case. I recently found out that apparently such ink can reappear permanently when exposed to cold after being ironed away. Gonna have to hunt down the quilting blog that I saw it on.

    12. @kersuru holy crap that is COVERED! I had some on my SDGrB Will shirt under the buttons, but nothing like this. I didn't try to remove them either. I ended up getting a replacement due to a hole in the shirt, but the next one had a hole in another place. They refused to replace the replacement and gave me advice that would make the hole bigger. I'm just not even bothering with Volks clothes anymore.

    13. Very interesting, thanks for the insight!

    14. I wonder if adding heat back over it could make it go away again? That is so unfortunate and hope they make it right!

    15. @topazrain you would think but from what I remember no. The explanation being that the ink is two components a visible gel and the part that causes the invisibility/erase. Heat activates the erase part using it up so when it chills the gel becomes visible but now there's no erase left. Take this with a grain of salt though, I've not tested it myself yet.

    16. That is very strange. It'll be interesting to see what Volks says and hopefully they have a solution and can replace the damaged items.

    17. I've sent the email to Volks with pictures and I'll let everyone know when I have a response. If they say too bad so sad then I can experiment on removing them myself. Luckily, the dress hides the worst of the shirt's blue lines. Clearly these outfits were not made for winter.

    18. This is very interesting. I also have ink that will turn transparent when expose to heat. I use them to write some un-official note/memo then expose to heat to erase when I'm no need of them anymore. I have to check if they will come back when expose to the cold temp.

Will wait and see how Volks will response to this case too.

    19. I just heard that one of my friends has these same marks on the white dress set/shirt too.

I didn’t see any on my stuff but maybe it never got cold enough for it to show? I’m going to check it when I get home (and maybe toss one of the shirts in the freezer just because. I don’t like the shirt and am fine with it being permanently damaged by my antics.)

    20. I made some test marks with my Frixion pens on a piece of paper, erased half of each line, and then threw it in the freezer overnight. The lines did come back but were erasable still. I'm not sure how many times you can do that though before the chemical that creates the acid is gone.
When sewing, I try to hand wash the finished fabric with these marks in cold water but it could be the friction of the fibers against each other that is making them clear and not the detergent.
