  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. At first all I wanted was girl dolls, but after a while I mainly wanted boy ones, and now I have more boys than girls. My first was and still has no gender, for their storyline.

    3. I didn't really 'choose' a boy or a girl as my first doll to be honest. People here on DoA gave me the advice to stop looking for my first doll and let him/her come to me. Eventually a little girl stumbled upon my path and I just couldn't resist her. Her previous owner was quitting the hobby and I felt sick knowing that she'd soon be someone else's property so I took a shot and offered a bid on her. I've never been more honored than when the owner allowed me to purchase her.

      It would have been perfectly possible for my first doll to have been a boy since I was admiring a certain boy sculpt at the time as well.

    4. I thought I would want a girl, but I ordered a boy. I am not sure exactly how that happened, but it natually worked out that way. I am glad now I have a boy doll coming.

    5. My first doll was a girl. I've always had half boys and half females, I think I have five girls and six boys right now, one boy on the way. It certainly not an amount I've tried to maintain, I just tend to want a girl, then a boy or the other way around and it ends up balancing out.

    6. It's funny... I prefer female dolls but I only own male dolls currently. It's only because I have yet to find a company to make an ethnic looking doll with a resin tan skinned color to my liking.

      The only reason my two boys fell into my lap first was because I wanted a neko and the new Kid Zuzu Delf was too good to pass up. Luts gave me the Summer Event head to go with it so I went ahead and bought a cheap body to go with the free head because... why not?

      Now I have too fellas even though I'm yearned for a brood of caramel and ebony girls and ladies.      ​

    7. First was a boy, followed by only boys. I also love certain female head sculpts as boys (dreaming of an Amber boy for example). But I don't rule girls out in general. Maybe one day...

      And now I have 4 girls. Ahahaha. But I do have two boys on my wishlist.
      As apposed to my a million girls. I dunno, I lean more towards the girls. Probably 'cause I like fashion and such.
      So they'll make for adorable clothing models one day. XD;;

    11. All my 9 dolls are girls. One of them is a second hand Pukipuki Piki which was a boy for its former owner but I had it 'refaced-up' and now it's a girl.
      Nevertheless, I'd love to buy a boy SD some day. :cake:

    19. I bought a boy as my first BJD - a CP Delf Shine, but I bought a girl doll soon after and have since then mainly bougth girls. Atm I have one boy doll. I like boy dolls, they just do not inspire me as much as girl dolls do ^^
