It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Weird question... Floating bodies, anyone? :D

    1. I have one floating body as of right now--it's a Castle Anne body. I originally just got the body because I'm a sucker for really nice hands, lol! I just recently found a head for it though, crossing my fingers they match. :lol:

    2. I actually have one complete one and a few floating half bodies. I tried getting a body for one of my DOT gift head but I didn't really work out for it. I bought a couple bodies from Mirodoll to modify and ended up with a few extra parts lying around.

I've got two right now. ^^; I bought a Doll Chateau body in hopes that it work with one of the floating heads, but DC changed the resin color after my order was already in so it doesn't match anyone, and now I need to find a head for the boy! (More accurately, I need to find money to get the head that I found...) I also have a Yo-SD body, but I really don't like most Yo-sized Volks heads, and the ones I do like are pricey and never come up as just heads. x_x

    4. :D I don't have floating bodies at the moment - I think the reason might be that heads are lower priced so I can get one if I HAVE to have the sculpt & can't afford the whole doll.

    5. I don't currently, but at one time, I did. I had owned a couple of hybrids, got tired of the head and sold them, but really liked the bodies, so I kept them around for awhile, planning to reuse them.

    6. Oh yeah. I found a steal of a deal on a legit 1/4 male body on ebay. It was considered damaged, but I was able to fix it up just fine with a little modding. Now, if I could just find a head! It is a slender but definitely adult male body When I bought it, I was unaware of how difficult it is to find an MSD boy head that doesn't look like a little kid. I've seen threads here on DOA about mature male MSDs, but many of the ones mentioned still look too young to me, like they're only 15 or so. Although Im not looking for a rugged, square-jawed 35 yo, I want him to look at least 21 or so.
      Now, I love the smaller Lumedoll guys, but only the full dolls are available. If I could find the right head in the secondhand market, that could definitely work, but so far no soap...
