Were you nervous your first time? (Modifying/changing your doll, that is.)

    1. My back hurts like hell.
I don't have a tool so I use what I have and all my strenght :sweat
I'm like, mad at myself because it hurts a lot!!! (my hands are all red)
it because my arms and hands are very small and weak:(

    2. Uh, I swore a lot? And cried. And ended up with a blister on my thumb. I also almost punched myself in the face when I tried to take his head off. Eventually I got better at it. Now I find it sorta calming. What a different 4-ish years makes, eh?

    3. My reaction was "Oh so that's how that works!" followed by me pulling apart the rest of my dolls to see what was inside them. XD I love how different each of the companies are when it comes to joint engineering.

    4. February update: I'm pretty fearless now...I'll pull a doll apart on a whim to fix any little thing, and faceups and mods are like nothing to me anymore. Yay for growth![/QUOTE]
At this point in time I still think i would end up in emergency if I did anything slightly looking wrong with a resin but think allot of people that are able to do everything or anything without fear! I don't see me getting that way for a long time

    5. My first mod project was actually on my only limited doll and I was so scared! It was just putting in a simple nose ring, easily removable without damage, but I was still scared. Since then I've gotten more confident and done a few more mods on the same doll.
