    1. I have a Leekeworld wig in an 8-9 and it fits my Asa quite well. Though I don't even own any 7-8 sized wigs...so I guess I am in the minority here. ^_^"

We have had this conversation about wig sizes a number of times and, each time we have it, we conclude that preferred wig size depends on the individual (do you like to have your wigs tight to the scalp or would prefer not to wrestle them on?) and style of wig (more than just brand. For example, the two Monique Gold wigs I got in 8-9 pulled right down over my Jessica's ear lobes and just looked daft).

      So, I guess we will keep concluding that these girls have weird head sizes and not agree as to what is the right sized wig ad infinitum.

      Not much help, is it?

    5. I buy size 7/8 from Monique for all 3 of my EID girls (Jessica, Ashanti and Asa) and they fit well in the Monique Gold. I had one style I tried in the regular Monique line where a 7/8 was too small, but the others I have (7/8) fit well. By fit well, I mean they fit tightly to her head and sit behind her ears, with no popping or sliding off.

    6. Oh also the 8-9 leekes wigs I got are too big too! I forgot to add those. All the wigs I mentioned before either come down too low on the forehead/ears, pop up off her cap or slide off.

      Seeing as my SD10 shoes from DH fit my EID Luna, and some people have had luck with SD13 shoes if I remember right, this new size could be a boon for those of us wanting some of the signature ornate, DH styles for our girls. Looks like they only have this pair at the moment, but I'm hoping they release more. They say they fit Volks SD16 girls, which the internet tells me is 7cm, but since their SD13 lines should easily fit this size, I'd think there might be a bit more wiggle room in these. If anyone's daring enough to give them a go, please let me know how it pans out!

      She only has 2 outfits and 2 pairs of shoes so far, and they are both from Iplehouse, too. I'm sorry I can't contribute anymore quite yet.

    15. The new Doll heart preorder has an SD16 court dress does anyone know if that is close enough in size to fit EID Carinia? I have her and feel pretty safe in ordering the shoes but wonder about the fit on the dress. I have LB elf dolls but no Volks to know the size comparison.

    17. SD16's look to have very little waists, so I agree on the "no way" verdict.

      And to add to the growing list of Dollmore Model Woman shoes that fit: the Macy Boots also work. If anything, they are a little big, but they have a nice steampunk/Range Murata thick-ankled look.

    18. I have both an SD16 and an EID so I can say without a doubt that they cannot share clothes. Shoes yes.

      Have you tried the SD size of the Macy boots? I have them and since they run large they fit the EID.

    19. Ah, I didn't know that those particular boots ran large. Hmm...
      It seems like the tops are a good fit to the calf though, do they fit on the SD size as well?
      All in all though, I'm not too worried about it. They still look good on her and she can stand easily in them. ^_^
