Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I haven't really thought about nationality for my dolls, but as for race they're all humans.

      I might make my (incoming) Souldoll Hye french, because one of my bosses is french and she has this really beautiful, sophisticated accent that is althoughter lovely to listen to. I'd like to imagine Hye with that accent :aheartbea
      Besides it'd be fun to write photostories in that accent!

    2. Alexis is an American girl all the way. When she first arrived I really wanted her to be Japanese, but it just never fit her character.

    3. Nationality wise, I have dolls that are Russian, Greek, Australian, Spanish and a fake Eastern European country that I made up. :P

      Race wise I have one lonely human, a few vampires, demons, elves, shapeshifters and crazy mixes like angel/demon/elf/shapeshifter (which is the product of some interesting cross-breeding XD)

    7. Strangely, my elves each have a very distinct race origins/stories (a hunter/gatherer tribe wood elf, and a priveleged Atlantean elf) - but I've never considered this when it comes to my original 'human' girl. Hmmnnn.... >strokes chin thoughtfully<

      Though I have no other dolls and won't be getting any any time soon...

    10. Nationality...Tatiana is Russian and my planned dolls are either Russian or British.
      Race...I'm not really sure about Tatiana...I might mod off her elf ears...but she had vampire teeth. All of my other planned dolls are human.

      My crew actually have "ethnicities" too!

      Korean: Gabriel
      Japanese: Kaiden,Sadie,Hunter,Kitsune
      Carribbean: October Pierce
      Australian: Sparrow,Levi,DF El,DF Woosoo
      Artemis's nationallity is still unknown

      So it's quite a posse for me...

    13. Guy and Tom are going to be both British, nationality-wise. The dolls in the forefront of my mind right now'll probably be... human, but ghostly. Which is the only species change I'd consider, other than possibly fairy.

      Arisa Riddle: Japanese/English. Mother is Japanese and father is English. Arisa was born in England.

      DOD Lahoo

      Yukito: Yukito is from a race of white rabbit people. Um, he has no ethnicity, since Yukito was born in Wonderland. Wonderlandese? Well, he'll be living with me, so I guess he's American now.

      Luts Shiwoo:

      Chessu: Chessu comes from a race of Chesire cat people. Everything else is the same as Yukito.

      atm i have an elf/spirit and a fox boy... not really race as like humans have....

      my planned dolls will bet more elfs, spirits, gods (mostly greek), witches, vampires and regular people with no 'race' per say....
      they are heavly influenced by chinese, japanese, celtic & greek culture.

      i like fantasy more than more real life characters :sweat

      They may have characteristics of a certain race, but really they are all Resin.

    19. I don't have my dolls yet but all of my character ideas for them come out as Japanese.. most of them Humans.

      I do have a few half elves, elves and angels.. but other than that.. my ideas are at a blank without my dolls to look at and think about a backstory.

      Ok so a lot of them are Japanese or a Japanese mix but I can't help that ^^; it just works so well!
