What RACE are your dolls?

I think my future dolly is either irish or italian,
i know they dont generally look alike but she could go both ways

 

Nao is a bit of fantasy character and is mix-blooded-type who has both human and Demon blood in her veins, but if she were an “ordinary human” she would probably be English or German despite her Japanese-sounding name.

 

I think I would make mine spanish or correction Puerto Rican not that she would have any of their characteristics. I mean I want her to kind of be like me so that's the way besides whenever there's a famous spanish person they always seem to be from some amazing spanish/latin country like Spain and really pure. Not like me a plain spanish person who's from NY.

Greek: Kyuuketsuki (but as an immortal lived in all countries. Has more affinity with Japan)

Egyptian: Seishin (same as Kyuuketsuki, but does have affinity with Egypt)

Dutch: Yuurei

viva los mestizos! yes the media is silly, aren't they.
even most of the people who seem really "pure" blooded are actually mixed (besides, inbreeding with only similar persons is a bad idea, genetically).... like, Spain was (even before recent immigration) from ancient times a big mixture of phoenicians (like greeks?), visigoths (sort of germanic? i think), romans (like italians), and of course basques (who aren't like anybody, or so they say) in the north.
i like to think about these things, origins, the mystery of combinations ... and how really they don't make us who we are but still they are an interesting part.

which is probably why lots of my dolls are mixed-race.

 

I think for me, it's just easy to see my girl as some sort of Asian. Probably all the dolls I'll be getting aswell. Lol. Then again, with the story I'm writing.. It'd be kinda weird if they were all Asian.. Hmmm.. I dunno. I should think about this. XD

 

Mine are all human except Grimmjow and Ulquiorra who are "Esapada's", they were human before they died.
Tseng who I will order soon will be human but will have a demon side as well.

My boy is Dutch and white, it's his appearance so that won't change. But he loves Asia and has a Japanese name.

Anyway, the Dutch are made up of people from all over the world these days . Over the centuries, lots of Europeans ventured into this country and mixed with people already living here. For example French protestants (my brother in law's last name is of French origin), Jews, Germans, Spanish etc. The last century only brought more colour to these muddy lands .
But I'm thinking about my second doll and she's going to be Asian, with a Dutch name (adopted).

Meihua - Chinese (Lives in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms era)

 

Swiper has Chinese (as his company is China-based) and Italian in him, possibly Scottish as well. (If only cos I'd love to get him into a kilt.) But mostly I consider him my little Italian boy.

 

Miumi: is an anchient race, which I havent come up with a nationality for yet.
Moon:is korean
Sai, Freya and Elda: japanese
Ami: is suposed to be chinese, but I think she may be something else.

Alicia is 100% Russian, though she's grown up in America (and is also the only doll I have at present).

To purchase:
Donovan is your average WASP--basically a typical American mutt, if you will.
Mel is half-human, half... something, and his human mother didn't stick around long enough to quibble about race, suffice to say that both she and her son are pretty pasty.
Locke can transform into something that looks like a deer and has toffee-colored skin. He's pretty, and that's all we care about.
Katherina isn't human, but looks African. She's going to be a gorgeous dark chocolate color.
Kotone's father was Japanese, and her mother was a spirit of some sort, but she definitely takes after her dad and loves her Japanese heritage.

I also have a Korean kid in the works, and a girl who is blue. We'll see if they ever make it to the dolly drawing board.

 

I have two dolls at the moment--Faye is part Italian and Japanese while Cecelia is British.
