1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

What size clothing does Bobobie Nissa fit?

Mar 25, 2008

    1. If you have the Doll Coordinate Recipe books, the patterns sized for Tiny Betsy McCall will work for Nissa. I made my daughter a whole wardrobe for her little one including a pair of ruffle butt PJs I designed myself. They just need a little adjusting here and there, like lengths on pants and arms, but not to much around the middle. My daughter has yet to figure out what type of wig she wanted so the poor dear is without. But we did find a frilly carriage at a toy show for her!

    2. 4/5 should work, 3/4 is what my pukipuki wears, and though i dont have a bbb elfkin anymore, the wigs she did wear were all 4/5

    3. rats, yeaaah I will probably have to keep looking for a 4/5 in the style I want. thanks though ^^

    4. or u could try 5/6i know thats what fit pukifee, and pukifee seem close to sizing.... lol

    5. Hmm well I've heard the 4/5's can be a tiny bit big on Bobobie Tinies... so a 5/6 would really be big... 'course there's more styles in that size. I did find a 4/5 that is perfect, now to wait to get paid. XDD

Another question: I'm looking at eyes, and I saw elsewhere that 8mm's work, and another site recommended 10mm's for a more childlike look (or, basically the next size up from whatever size is expected of a standard, more adult look). If someone has the time and an available Bobobie Tiny of any sculpt, and both 8mm and 10mm eyes, could I get a pic of what they look like comparatively? O.o I would muuuch appreciate. <3

edit: found what I needed in this post, after fishing a bit xD definitely gonna go with 10mms. ^^

    6. anything I've purchased or made for my Pukifee (yay ETSY/Zibbet/Ebay) has fit my Elfkin.
though now I'm going to have to hunt down some of those McD's Madame Alexander dolls!

    7. Disney has these little dolls called My First Disney Princess. You'll be looking for the "petite" dolls, but they fit my BBB Elfkin perfectly. Here she is wearing Tiana's outfit:

    8. Some Bratz clothes fit, t-shirts and tank tops will, pants are way too long, I tried a pair of shorts on my doll and they looked super cute but wouldn't do up properly. I have found this cute pleated skirt with built-in underwear though, and that fits nicely.

    9. I'm not sure if there's another thread just for eyes that fit, but if you buy Liv dolls for clothes or something, their eyes are 10mm acrylics. You could even probably pick one up from a thrift store for pretty cheap, pop out the eyes and trash the body if you wanted to. I used the same eyes in one of my off-topic dolls, and they fit my Elfkin perfectly and the doll i bought for them was only 50 cents.

    10. Hmm... Im wondering if theres anything that would suit a bobobie elfkin that im wanting to get... his character is a demon, not really for wearing anything so cute... am i just doomed to making his clothes on my own or are there places I can check to get clothes for him?

    11. Can some Lati Yellow clothes fit and Elfkin?

    12. Yup! Stuff that fits Lati Yellow and Pukifee dolls will fit.

    13. Thank you! :D

    14. RawKiss (on Etsy & their own site) has a pattern for fur wigs that work PERFECTLY:

I've made several in the various sizes, but here's my Elfkin in a 4 in version, and the Pukifee in the next size up (too big for the Elfkin) but unstyled the Elfkin's wig would look the same.

    15. Does anyone have an easy craft pattern for a Lucky sized witch hat? (Or could you maybe point me in the direction of someone who makes them for a reasonable price..? *super hopeful*)

    16. I hope it's okay to bump this thread. I'm looking at the Bobobie Lucky and have no problem making him clothes and buying a wig. But I'm wondering if anyone has any shoe recommendations? Just sneakers or something simple. Thanks!
