  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. The first doll I really wanted to buy was Souldoll Abigail. I did almost buy her but then I realised there was something off in her face and I only really liked the way she was dressed and face-upped. I'm glad I realised it before purchasing her! ^^

    2. Mine was one of the Iplehouse's SD girls. :kitty2
      (Don't remember the exact sculpt or size since they have few SD lines.)
      But I remember creating an account to their site and adding this girl to my cart every now and then to check the total cost when I added different extras such as hands, clothes and faceup.
      In reality I could never afford her - not then and not now. :sweat
      (I'm very bad at saving money for a long time but couple months is ok.)
      But I'm fine with that now since my taste in dolls is very different nowadays. :3nodding:

    3. First doll I ever wanted was a MNF Chloe; everyone had one ^^; But she was waaaay out of my price range so for my first doll I eventually ended up with a Resinsoul Ya and no regrets XD

    4. The first doll I wanted was a Dollshe Saint, after seeing one in an issue of Haute Doll magazine several years ago. After getting sidetracked with buying other dolls, I managed to snag my SA Saint and I still have him, although I'd like to pick up his OE head. He's my favorite knucklehead.

    6. The first doll I ever wanted was Dollzone Elsa and she was the first doll I bought. I still have her and always will I hope. That said, I am looking to change her wig and buy her more clothes.

    7. The first doll I ever wanted was a Homme Ducan from DoD but my tastes have since changed, while I find him to be lovely still, I just don't have any pull to buy him anymore.
      I ended up getting a RS Lian as my first doll and I find her so great, she wasn't a doll I thought I'd get, the opportunity fell into my lap, but I'm so glad I got her.

    8. I adore Volk's Sasha - Atop the Tower (2003) Super Dolfie!!!!!! Sculpt design Zouleimura, Doll design Kyon (info from Where Angels Lie Volks SD database).
      I decided to look for an attainable bjd and found and ordered Dollzone SD Minas from Angelesque, UK. I love her and can't wait for the day when she arrives!!!! :)

    9. I wanted to buy Luts SDF Karis, so I did! It sounds easy in that sentence but I did save for about half a year to get him, he had to be my first doll!

    12. I really don't know why but it was the Doll Chateau Y-02 body. I thought it looked really cool. I don't have any idea what head I'd want to pair it with. I'm not totally into 1/3 dolls anymore, but I still haven't lost any interest in DC. I looove DC dolls and have at least 3 planned.

    13. The first doll I wanted to get was a dollmore kyle reese. I fell deep in love with his gentle face and beautiful hands, but at the age of 12 I could barely afford him xD now, ten years later, my tastes and experience have increased severely, and even though I haven't gotten him, I would consider buying him even today. On a different body though xD

    14. I think the first BJD I ever wanted was the Sweet Wind Memory Momo/Asha. Never did get either of them, but if I came across them on the marketplace, I'd definitely snatch one or both of them up!

    16. The first doll I felt I absolutely needed was Iplehouse Dexter - he was so grumpy and masculine and handsome. However, because of the price tag I did not get him, and actually I'm really glad I didn't as it turns out Iple's Roger better suited the look I wanted for the particular character I had intended for Dexter ^-^

    17. The first doll I really wanted was a Kid Delf Darae, I think... Although I was really young then, and I never thought I would ever actually be able to buy a BJD. I had my eyes on a few SD dolls as well, but I kind of tried to repress those feelings since I knew a doll of that size would be to expensive.
      I never did get Darae, mostly because although I found her very pretty, I couldn't come up with a character for her. Instead, I got a Leekeworld Rosemary as my first doll, and although she is a serious pain to pose, I'm happy with the decision. I'm thankful to Darae though, as she was what made me seriously consider saving up the money for a BJD.

    18. The first doll I wanted to buy was LoongSoul YeSha, to make a specific character, but the company's long turn around time made me put it off. I'm glad I decided to wait, because I fell in love with my Iple Grace and would not have been able to get her if I'd bought YeSha first.

The first doll I wanted to buy was a Dream of Doll Shall, if I remember correctly :P It was the first BJD company I'd come across, and I was determined to buy her as my first doll, but finances at the time did not permit xD So I chose another doll instead. I'd probably not buy her even if I had the funds now though, because my tastes have changed just a bit hehe!
