Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. The first doll I ever wanted was the first doll I ever saw -- a volks kun on y!japan, but this was nearly 14 years ago, and this year I finally brought a kun home and couldn't be happier. :D :D

    2. I don't think I can remember exactly who the first doll I wanted to buy was, but one of the firsts was a Luts Senior65 Delf CYAN. I still admire him time to time, but I doubt I'll ever actually buy him.

    5. Well I haven't bought my first doll yet but I already have it picked out. Minifee Celine. I planned joint custody of twins with my sister so both dolls would be the Minifee Celine but haven't bought it yet (got a few reservations about buying a BJD doll). But that's what I would buy first (plus since I'm still so new. I don't really have much knowledge of other sculpts)

    6. First doll that actually motivated me to go out and try to buy them (instead of just admiring from afar with the assumption that it wasn't for sale/was too expensive) was actually Doll Chateau Andre, which is funny because I don't even really consider him particularly sought after anymore. I think I latched onto him because he was so strange looking, but he's really not that unusual in the context of DC...

    7. the first doll iwanted to buy was something VOLKS lol i don't even remember. did i get it nope. to be honest i do't think i'll ever buy a volks doll. they are beautiful don't get me wrong but their not for me.

    15. I remember seeing Luts Delf Evelyn and I was in love! But to be honest, I’m glad I didn’t get her. I was still so new to the hobby at the time and hadn’t really looked into many sculpts, so I kind of latched onto her because she was pretty and I just craved a doll.

When i First Started in the hobby i knew i wanted a SID Iplehouse, i just didn't know what size, because of prices i had to settle for an IslandDoll for my first doll instead, don't get me wrong, i love my lil Amy but Iplehouse has always been my "Dolly Holy Grail" lol, btw i am about to order my first Iplehouse doll directly from the site! I'm so Happy! guess i'll have to look for another Holy Grail lol xD :)
