What was the worst accident that ever befell your doll?

As I was just beginning the hobby, a friend of mine told me to use super glue to apply eyelashes to my doll's face. This of course ended terribly. The acid ate off my poor girls face up and left her with a scar above her eyebrow. It was two years before I had enough money to send her out for a face-up and fixing. She is now more beautiful than she was before and you would never guess that such had befallen her.
