    1. Both my boy and girl have a hipster style

    2. I voted "other" because I am trying to focus on elements that are fantasy-D&D-LOTR inspired. Think renaissance faire, or at least modern with a ren-faire inspired flair.

    3. I voted a mix of things because one of my girls has a set "tomboy-girly" style and the other one dresses as whatever she pleases

    4. I plan to get a body and clothes for my boy soon... but he would wear very regal east asian clothing. It leans a lot more towards historical Japanese clothing but with a mix of historical Chinese aristocrat wear too. Lots of layers, long, and black flowy fabrics... But tbh, if in a modern time, it'd be black suits for dayssss

    5. Victorian dresses , kimonos, etc . I think clothes like that look pretty and elegant , I usually prefer dolls wearing taditional clothes or tradicional inspired clothes ( like lolita fashion ) . What is your opinion, do you prefer it too ?:3nodding:

    6. I mostly prefer modern clothing, but I do love elaborate kimono and hanfu styles. Victorian era outfits are personally not for me, though, as I'm often reminded too much of porcelain dolls.

    7. Depends on the doll, really. Most of my dolls are fantasy, so they tend to stick more to fantasy-inspired clothing. I do love frilly/Lolita-type clothes for my child dolls. My big girls wear a lot of vintage-looking modern outfits or mori-style. Not so much traditional in my group.

    8. I really like middle ages and fantasy clothing. Victorian and steampunk are on my favorite list too. I actually try to stay away from modern as I see it all the time anyway. But I'm sure I can swayed by the right outfit.

    9. Yes! I love all kinds of traditional and fantasy clothing. In fact, all of my dolls wear a selection of either a traditional or a fantasy garb. Although I do like modern clothes as well.

    10. I'm really just into modern clothing mostly, though some vintage (like 1970s or newer) is good, too. I'm really not into traditional clothing, regardless of the era. I can appreciate the work and dedication that goes into creating and styling them, but I don't have any interest in owning them myself.

    11. I have a little of everything over here.

Quite a few of my crew are in what I'd classify as fairly "traditional" (though not terribly historically accurate-) styles... Some Eastern, some Western... Others are more on the fantasy side, or in something closer to modern dress. I have a few "dressy casuals", a few formals, one girl in Mori, another in business suits, one in Sweet Lolita, one vaguely Victorian Goth guy, one Vintage Hippy... plus the mermaid whose idea of "well-dressed" is nothing but a string of pearls and the Argonautica guy who goes completely starkers.

    12. I like all kinds of clothes! Pretend to sew all my dolls clothes, but specifically bought 3 outfits for 3 of my girls: a kimono, a hanbok, and a hanfu, I could have tried to make those kinds of clothes myself but I wanted to see in person the confection of such garments and the quality and I'm no t disappointed at all. Still have to mode the neck of one of my girls, but I'm eager to do it to take photos of them with their outfits. Hopefully in the future I'll get male outfits for 3 of my boys.

    13. I do like historical inspired outfits, cause I'm the type to leave them entirely after I fully customized them instead of constantly changing their clothes. Historical/ fantasy costumes has more detail so there's more to look at meaning that I won't get bored as easily. :3 I also think of them as art pieces more so than charas you play around with, so I don't really like dressing them up in casual everyday clothes OvO

    14. I prefer modern clothes, but I look at all sorts of patterns and try to figure out how everything is pieced together! I’d love to attempt a more Victorian/Aristocrat-inspired look, when my sewing skills advanced that far! :D

    15. I tend to like modern clothes cause for me it makes them seem less"doll-like" I think.

Also, I feel more comfortable handling and playing with my dolls when they're just in jeans and a tshirt haha. When they're dressed up formally I get worried about their clothes!

    16. My dolls' usual get-ups are traditional East Asian with a touch of fantasy here and there. That doesn't mean I don't like to change their fashion style every now and then, though. They have modern clothes too, for use depending on the meet.

    17. I would love to have a hanbok or kimono for my doll but it's hard to find them for tinies

    18. I made my newest doll a lolita-esque outfit, but that was more because I had the petticoat already. I'm still trying to find her style, so she won't keep it for long.

On the whole, I think I prefer my dolls in more modern clothing. It gives me a little more room to play with fashion, since I don't have the patience to wear much more than t-shirts, jeans, and jumpers myself. That being said, I did ask for and receive a historical sewing book for christmas...

    19. Virga is my only doll with a set style: mori in shades of blue. The others may have certain styles that are more in keeping with their characters, but I change them as I experiment with new sewing patterns. Sumire *should* have a set of Japanese hakama, but I haven't gotten around to making them yet...

    20. I like almost all clothing styles, including almost-nothing outfits because a body sculpt and blush can be so beautiful. Also, a change of wigs can start the need for a very different fashion style.:)
