1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. My only doll wears pastels. He has an ever growing wardrobe of pink and purple things!

    2. They all wear different attire, honestly. Zenith wears modern street clothes--tees, hoodies, beanies, sneakers. Frankie is kind of all over the place, but is usually in something gotchic. Thanatos wears a capelet and wrap pants with foot wraps to represent him being a messenger of Death. Death himself, once he gets here, will wear a cloak and religious clothing, which is the outfit he comes with.

    3. Most of my dolls have a casual wardrobe. I love my bjd ladies dressed in casual dresses, but I do prefer my bjd men in suits.
My vampire gals on the other hand, they have a collection of Edwardian-like dresses that I like very much.

    4. My are all girls so I usually go for cute or elegant dresses or a cool rock or casual look.

    5. My dolls have never had set styles. I prefer to have them wear whatever style I want, that way I can design all the different styles that exist without needing 6000 dolls to wear them all! xD

    6. Right now, she is wearing a sad sock... oh the woes of a new doll. I'm currently taking sewing classes so I can make her clothes. My goal is for her to have a steampunk/goth/anything similar theme.

    7. My doll wears cute, childish, yet elegant clothes. I can't wait until I get a female doll, I'm want to dress her in frilly dresses~

    8. When I first got into the hobby, I was really into lolita. I wanted my dolls to wear classic lolita and/or gothic/kuro lolita styles. I guess I wouldn't mind lolita on my dolls now but I'm more interested in ouji/kodona lolita. Apart from that, I think specific clothes and styles would vary from doll to doll. Currently I only have one, and I plan on having more fantasy inspired clothes, maybe with some modern touches. I do want to make a kimono for my doll though. As for modern casual clothes, they don't interest much for my own dolls.

    9. Casual feminine, I guess. I just buy my girls what I would like to wear myself.

    10. modern casual to formal for some. 80's punk rock to grunge for others.

    11. The one I have now is styled around Gothic Lolita (So a Japanese street-style), and one I plan to get in the next few years is Japanese Traditional (essentially a very long elaborate kimono to reflect her Kitsune theme).

Aside from that other dolls I aspire to get are styled according to their default looks. There are a few more Japanese/Asian dolls I have my eyes on, and some fairies/other fantasy figures I intend to style in a way that plays up to their beings.

A couple miscellaneous/not-so-straightforward dolls I like will either be styled in more Victorian clothing, Wiccan clothing, or in a style that is frilly and plays up to a theme I have in mind for them.

Basically dark and feminine clothing is my jam :D

    12. Feminine, and just revealing enough to skirt the line of "modesty." Skirts, cardigans, and stockings are staples in her wardrobe. Other than that, it's very open, with a tendency to lean towards rich colors.

    13. At first i was making a full set of fantasy gear. Now he has gone from a powerful fox deamon to a koy fox Rumpelstiltskin type character. Not sure how that happened exactly haha.

    14. I have just one doll wearing cute clothes, the others I prefer to dress with casual clothes

    15. All of my boys are very fashionable & and dress waaaaay better then I do!!

    16. A few of my dolls have a slightly similar dark style while the others range from medieval to modern fantasy.

    17. I like to describe Aelic's style as "librarian-chic." He loves warm colors and knits, sweater-vests, and jeans and sweatpants and t-shirts for relaxing. Ilya can wear basically anything, because he's a fantasy creature that lived in that world and human society. I can out him in anything! (He's my clothes experiment child.)

    18. I like super duper feminine and lolita. I like princely too, and the gentleman's style can be cute on more realistic sculpts.

    19. Just like the title reads.
I'm not sure how to clarify mine. I love Iplehouse's bianca, the addiction pictures but I also love victorian Era clothing, especially bustle Era. Steampunk is also one of my likes but not so much fairies and such, although they are attractive. My tastes are a bit darker and heavy I guess.

    20. I stick to mostly historical clothing! I find historical costumes to be the most elegant and beautiful.

I just shipped my girl off to get fitted for a Tudor-era ballgown. She won't be home for quite a while (the tailor is in Russia!) but I'm SO excited for her new dress!
