  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     3. My favourite company is probably Doll Chateau, it was the company that first got me interested in bjds. I love how stylised they are and how they're not afraid to take risks and make more unusual and horror-esque dolls.

    10. My favorite doll is a Vesuvia -Poison Kiss.So favorite for me firm it dollsoom. But I also am a fan of Iplehouse,Kaye Wiggs, Fairyland dolls and these companies are no less attractive to me.

    12. Alright, alright. Doll Chateau may be my favorite. I love how they are just over there, doing their own artsy thing. I could spot a DC sculpt a mile away. Such beauty to the thin lines of their body sculpts. The only company with a spider girl! Plus they had the Siamese twins, which I miss out on. :c My favorite out of my small group is my DC Adult Mephistos Pheles. He's gorgeous.

    13. So I recently moved and had to pack up all my BJDs for safe moving. This somehow sparked my love of these dolls all over again. I always loved the dolls I have now but stopped collecting and coming here because of too many a**holes. It put such a bad taste in my mouth.

      I'm hoping things have changed after 5 years and I feel like I'm just starting out in the hobby again :) So much has changed!

    16. I don't know what would be worse; Having a doll in the casting stage when you order one outright, or having one done and so close but still paying it off.

      I type this as I'm looking at MOC specifically for the layaway.......

      Also wondering if someone could point me to the banned doll list? There's a doll I'm hunting for but I think it's banned here. I can't remember the name of the doll or company :( She's mostly human but has a sort of cat mouth. SD size I believe, with little fangs.....

      Here's the banned dolls Wiki! I'm glad you're back. Most of the nastiness has moved over to tumblr, so I've been completely avoiding the tumblr doll community. That seems to have drastically reduced the drama!

      My favorite dolls have always been Luts dolls, and the new Delf line is beautiful. Arwen is an especial favorite. And there are SO MANY NEW MINIFEES. Celine is taking the world by storm. A lot of people love the new Moe Line body, it's super cute and girly. And I really think face up styles have achieved great new heights in the last 5 years! Even company face ups have improved like a million percent. And the number of people sculpting and casting art dolls has exploded! I love Atelier Momoni and Merry Doll Round. The newest company with amazing dolls I can think if is Maskat Doll. They have very pretty sculpts and great face ups! A lot of people are also ordering for RaMCube. They have super cute tinies. And I think the coolest trend I'm seeing right now is GORGEOUS alpaca fiber wigs. There are some people making them that are true artists.

    19. Welcome home! .w.! It's great to have you back~ It's safe to say DoA is pretty tame nowadays... tumblr on the other hand can be pretty unforgiving although if you can overlook or block the nastiness the rest of the community there is the best I have ran across!

      Doll Chateau and SC*Doll are my favorite companies but Volks is also all the way up there too always.

    20. Welcome back! I'm new to the bjd world and have only had my doll about a month and a half. He's from B&G's The Old World line and he's a Dark Elf (Coloara Mlezzlir) although I have named him Kimaeril (he's my avatar). If I get a second doll it will be from them again so I would have to say they're my current favorite company.
