Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Welcome back! I am sorry to hear you had to stop in the first place. It's not fun when people are being mean, but try not to let them bring you down. Remember there are a bunch of friendly people around, too! I am glad you are back into the hobby and hope getting back into it is as much fun as when you first started.

      My favorite company right now is Angell Studio, but I also like Asleep Eidolon, Akagidoll, 5stardoll, and many others. There are so many great companies to choose from, I probably shouldn't list all of my favorites.

    3. Welcome back! I've only returned to the hobby after an 8 year hiatus myself so I know exactly how you feel. I was doing a mass overhaul of my bedroom, moving old furniture out for new ones, so I had to pack up my dolls when it sparked my interest again. The sheer number of new companies there are was extremely overwhelming at first. I remember spending up to a week just checking all of them out. :sweat

      I don't really have a favorite doll or company I can list out without sounding biased; my first doll, and my first love is a DOD Lahoo. And he'll always have a very special place in my heart. Same goes for the company.
      But here's a picture of the latest addition in my resin family, Rin. He's a DOD The B. (Just arrived last week!)

    6. I am very picky when it comes to bodies so I've become a huge fan of Fairyland because they fit a certain aesthetic that I like for doll bodies. But I also really love Supiadolls and Iplehouse for their beautiful dolls and the realism in them.

    7. I've found I'm liking more "ethnic" dolls lately. Like Iplehouse's special Benny, the dark one. There still don't seem to be a lot of them around.

    8. Impldoll and Doll Chateau are really great for fantasy/unusual sculpts. I really love their styles.

    9. Iplehouse and Fairyland are definitely my favorite brands right now, but I still need to look at all the new sculpts and brands I have missed. I'm also starting to like Volks a lot, which is a bit surprising because I didn't really like their dolls at first!

    11. My favorite brand is Iplehouse because they have amazing owners who do beautiful pictures ,and pose well.

      BUT my favorite doll will always be my first doll, from Luts, Forgotten Storry Cherry. (Below) She is my favorite, because she has removable, pose-able angel wings :3 I think that's the coolest

    16. It changes with time. Right now my top dolls are: Doll In Mind Larina, Dream of Doll Tender E-an and Dollzone Vita-2. I don't tend to look for specific company but dolls. Obviously Iplehouse dolls are so adorable. I also like certain Dragon Dolls and Doll Chateau, but not all of them. Luts seems to be one of the few companies that I like as a whole. And Souldoll. :)

    18. I have over 30 dolls, HALF of them are Fairyland!!! Guess it speaks for itself.

      I'm of the mind that if I'm going to pay hundreds of dollars for an articulate doll then it better impress me all on its own!
      I don't admire dolls that are $700+ and then I find myself paying to ship it to someone, paying that person to suede, and paying to get it back, etc.!
      With Fairyland, I don't have any extra costs to make the doll do what it's supposed to do.

    20. Out of the 2 girls I currently have, my favourite is my minifee but out of the Fairyland dolls I have owned I only like minifee...so far. I can never pick a favourite from my wish list as I think the feel of the actual doll could be so different from what I expect
