1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. I think my dolls will never be complete. It's is just like a person, your never complete. You keep growing in life and so will your dolls.

    2. I only consider them done when there's absolutely nothing that could make them better or seem more complete than they already are.

    3. None of my dolls are complete to me... I'll consider them complete when they have faceups, the right eyes, the right wig, and appropriate clothes for the character. My humans need clothes that if they were real, they could bee seen walking down the street in. My little forest tree girl needs very little clothing, as she wears leaves for shirts and stolen dollie panties for pants. (Um, yes, she is a doll, but as a CHARACTER, she's NOT, and as that character she often steals clothing and other item from dolls.... so, that's confusing. SHE'S A DOLL BUT SHE ISN'T AND SHE STEALS FROM DOLLS, BUT ONLY WHEN SHE ISN'T A DOLL. OKAY?)

    4. For myself, a complete doll is the one that has the right faceup, eyes, wig, and 'default' outfit. None of my dolls are complete yet!

    5. No, my dolls will never be complete, it's cause when you change their wigs/eyes/clothes, they become another personality, so no-no for me ;3

    6. My dolls are complete when they have the right things. I decide which specific eyes, wig, clothes etc I want for my doll - when they have a body, their own face-up and the right eyes, wig, clothes and shoes then they're complete. I might buy extras for them in the future or decide to swap wigs but as long as they have the necessities that fit their character I can move on to the next.

    7. Hmmnn actually most of my dolls are complete, which to me means I'm happy with their wigs, eyes, clothes, and overall 'look'...Once they have that, I don't tend to change them, but with my Lusion, she has several different 'looks' so she changes more often. I have about two and a nearly complete doll that I'm working on at the moment. I tend to start one project and see it through to the end ( after a bit of procrastination), which is good for me, because it means I don't start several at once, and then don't get to finish them. Maybe I'm just more easily pleased!

    8. My dolls don't really have personalities and I'm forever forgetting their names. :XD: For me, they're complete when they have the perfect look and shoes/clothes/eyes/wigs to go along with it.

I only consider my first girl to be "complete." She has a fabulous face-up, a few gorgeous dresses that really suit her, shoes to go with them, and beautiful eyes and wigs. She's not 100% "finished" in that I would like to suede her and give her a manicure/pedicure...

I guess in my mind, once I can stop spending money on them, they're "done."

    9. When I feel my doll's clothes come in a complete set. She just wears dresses and head things (flowers, or a hat) but I feel she needs more to complete her look. Right now I'm looking to change her current eyes to two pairs of eyes from ED (light teal blue, and hazel), giving her panties and bloomers, a bag, shawl, and sweater to coordinate with each dress I've made for her.
