1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

When does 1 more become too many?

Feb 4, 2010

    1. Do you ever pick favorites when it comes down to your dolls?
Ducky, my Yo Tenshi Hinata' is far and away my favorite. She has the most EVERYTHING.I love the others...but she is super special to me.

Do you find it frustrating to care for many dolls?
No, not really. They can sit on the shelf and look lovely pretty easily.

How do you divide your time with your dolls?
Depends on who I feel like changing clothes on, mostly. I try to cycle who I am playing around with, simply so I don't get tired of anyone.

Do you ever neglect your doll for another "toy" or doll? Or just because they grew old and tiring?
      No.

What do you do with the dolls you can't bond with?
Sell them, of course. And I have...lots lots lots.....

    2. Do you ever pick favorites when it comes down to your dolls?
At this moment I have two favorites and that is because they really have a character for me and I know just how to dress them. But I have received my third not long ago and the fourth is also allready on her way! I don't know how it will be with more dolls!

Do you find it fustrating to care for many dolls?
No, if I have other things to do, I just do. When I don't feel like sewing anymore for them, I just stop and continue another day!

How do you divide your time with your dolls?
With two jobs and in my graduation year of college, I am very busy so I don't know when I have time for them... When i have some spare time I try to relax and to play with them. Sometimes I get really frustrated because I don't have time and I would like to sew for them so much or 'play' with them!

Do you ever neglect your doll for another "toy" or doll? Or just because they grew old and tiring?
No! :) But I am a bit of a newbie in this, just started more then a year ago.

What do you do with the dolls you can't bond with?
Sell them! My first two dolls I have sold them. Also a blythe and two pullips. And I am selling one now! :) If you're not bonding with them, don't feel quilty about it and try to use the money (once sold) for another doll you do like. And try to do some more research!
