Where do you keep your doll?

Venus and Dea have a couch and chaise that they hang out on. They live on top of my entertainment center in the living room. I travel every week for work, so I only get to play with them on the weekends. Being on top of the entertainment center keeps their mohair wigs safe from the cats. Fortunately, my 2 cats don't climb!

 

my girl always be with me whenever I'm at home . I will hug her go anywhere together with my toy garfield too... the only 2 that follow me walk here and there. But if ot, I will just put her on my bed sitting on the pillow and she will play there wait till i'm home or play with her. If nt she wil go sleeping..XD

 

my boys aren't actually with me yet (argh!) but i've cleared off two shelves in my bedroom, one for their zen garden, the other for their beds. the rest of the time they'll spend on bean-bags next to my computer, and if the cats knock 'em over, heaven help the cats.

 

I dont have my boy yet but i think he'll probably sit on my desk when im at the computer. I'm getting a bigger shelf in my room so im going to clear at least one of them to put things for him on. But I'll probably carry him around most of the time.

 

Salvatore sits on my nightstand during the day and he sleeps in his box with a blanket during the night.

 

They follow me around the house XD
They are usually:
1: on my bed
2: in the living room couch
3: on the computer table
4: on the dining table beside the sewing machine.
5: on the living room floor (only when my mom and dad are on the couch XD. So they have to sit on the floor to watch TV XD)

 

My girls are usually on my computer table near me. Sometimes I move them to different parts of the house just for variety. Occasionally, they watch TV sitting on my lap.

 

my lil one is spending most of her time in her lil room.. luckily the lil place on my bed post fit her perfectly.. so i turned it into her room 2 days before she arrive. hehehe...

when i'm at school and such. she stay here.

other than this.. she'll be beside me when i sew for her. or taking pictures. sometimes i just let her hang out with me when i'm on the computer.. liek today. hehe

 

Mine have their own sofa in the sitting room downstairs, though they like to get on our sofa too, and sometimes they sit on the stairs. At night they go to bed in their own beds in my room (though the two older ones do like sitting up in bed with me watching horror films). Apart from the garden, they don't go out much, apart form the odd visit to Grandma and the occasional lunch with one of my friends or my daughter.

 

when I am in my shop, my doll is also in the shop When I am home she is also home in the shop she is sitting on the counter at home at the sofa

 

Mo is usually sitting on the corner of the futon during the day, unless she's somewhere with me.

1am is her bedtime aka the time when I put her on the pillow in her box and cover her up to her neck with her blanket(which right now is a ghetto big piece of white felt. I have the stuff to make her a light purple comforter, I just need to get around to making it) and she stays there until I wake up and put her back on the corner of the futon.

Yes, she is my child.

 

I work at home and converted the first-floor bedroom into an office. My guys have a sitting space next to me where they hang out through the day.

Haha... Eme-chan just follows me everywhere. She sits at my computer desk with me and even sleeps in my bed with me. She has her own little spot as well, next to my gigantic stuffed puppy. She gets her own stuffed ducky to sleep with as well. I'd say she's pretty situated.

Before my doll arrives, I've actually set up a living space for him in my room on my desk (it's one of those uber multi-shelved desks for the extreme book-lover). I put a bunch of books I probably won't want to read again for several years away and put up his couch, dresser, and a few other things.

It's at the point where you'd enter the room and wouldn't think anything was odd.

 

All of mine have a great "stage" for them to sit and relax on. Even the little tinies, (catsy, aga fairy, etc) have a three room plus roof top patio from the American Girl collection of Mini-Illuminate rooms. They are all quite spoiled.

 

they mostly stay in my room, on the designated bjd table. i bring them upstairs sometimes but there are smokers in the house and i'd rather keep them as not exposed to certain elements as possible. they do come with me places at times, but i think i'm a bit overprotective

Brightfires! Where did you get that cute wooden piece of furnature? It's ADORABLE and perfect sized!

 

I've devoted most of one wall in my bedroom to dolls in general; and while it's not mighty spiffy at the moment, Treya & Imbri have the top of my antique sewing machine as thier space. Just uh...ignore all the books. I promise, they've all been shelved!

When they're not out somewhere with me, or downstairs on the sofa with my wife, Kisho-Ryuu and Nozomi-Cho hang out in her place - a space on my bedroom floor where her furniture and potted plants are tucked about. She has her own carpet there as well, which helps protect them if one or both of them should fall. sometimes they sit together, chat and drink hot beverages, other times they stand (on stands) or even dance.
