  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. Mostly just tumblr! I know The Discourse™ on there can get pretty bad, and there's some iffy confession blogs, but it's still the best place for me to post pictures. I have enough followers (for all kinds of reasons, mostly non-bjds) that my photos always get noticed at least a little. Most of them aren't doll people, so I kind of feel like I've lured a bunch of people into my "house" and then I start shoving my dolls into their face :'D. I also agree that tumblr's pretty streamlined and low-effort to post on, so it's really fast and easy! I also like how the posts look on my tumblr - I have a gradient background that makes everything look pretty.

      I agree that it feels like Flickr is for people with "real cameras" - I think I'm pretty good at taking pictures with my Iphone 6, but it's still just a phone camera...And I just don't have room for the Instagram app on my phone, with all the doll pictures taking up space! (I also don't like the extreme loss in quality because of the jpeg compression there, so I hope people are just using it for fun and not as their main doll photo archive.)

    3. I mainly post my pictures on tumblr because I'm just doing it for fun. I don't really know too much about the community there so I usually do my own thing. My blog there is mainly pictures of my dolls but I also post pictures my figures, stuff I draw and whatever else I do. I'm still pretty new to tumblr and I'm slowly figuring it out.

    4. I was also wondering where everyone posted their photos... I used to be active with DA, but it seems like no one's there anymore :pout: So I've kind of switched over to instagram where there's a lot more activity. Maybe i'll try flickr as well :3nodding:

      I do not understand how that site works. Mainly because it does not entirely interest me.

      I would say Instagram and perhaps Facebook?

      Though, Facebook is a bit too odd for me. Its what my mother's friends use and what the family uses. I wouldn't like them to catch a doll post.

      As for insragram, I'm always on there. On top of that, I really like the community there. People are polite and everyone seems to get along with everyone.

    7. I post the most photos on Tumblr since the community there seems to be more active than anywhere else I'm signed up too. I would like to get involved with Instagram but the camera on my phone is awful so I'm waiting until I get a new mobile. I keep trying to sign up for Flickr and totally forgetting my Yahoo sign in.

    8. Hmmm, I've only posted my dolls on tumblr and instagram, but I look at dolls using all sorts of sites.

      For viewing professional and comparison pictures of dolls, I think flickr is one of the best places. For viewing basic owner pics I like tumblr and Facebook the best. For viewing more RP/photo stories of dolls I think I've had the best experience with instagram and tumblr. DOA is also another great place to find pictures of dolls obviously, I like how people devote entire threads to different types of dolls.

      Tumblr community is somehow... dunno how to describe... hateful and weird. Some people are nice tho.

    20. I used to do flickr for my dolls and instagram for my rats, but now I just sort of cross-post most things to both. I liked flickr better a few versions ago, but I still like to use for larger collections of photos. I was more active on flickr with a "real" camera, and I don't really have a real digital camera anymore, save for my dad's super old one with a viewing window of about 1" that sucks down AA batteries like no one's business, so I haven't done a lot of "proper" doll shoots in awhile.
