1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Where do you prefer to post dollie pictures?

Aug 27, 2015

    1. I'm using instagram at the moment but would be posting on tumblr and Flickr

    2. I browse doll pics on Instagram with my personal account at the moment, but I'm planning on making an Instagram for all my BJD related posts soon. I don't want to bombard my irl friends with my niche hobby ;) I think I'll also make a Flickr. I have a Tumblr, but I don't care for its format so I wont post my dolls there.

    3. Instagram which links to Facebook. And that's all. I'm a lazy person. :celebrate

    4. I post only on Instagram (as: @duennenberg) - I do have the flickir app but don't really use it - I got it for being able to post photos here but it doesn't work with my iPad! Someday I will have to get a laptop.

    5. Every photo in a photoshoot get uploaded to my Flickr account, while a few selected ones go into my blog on blogger with commentary and stuff. Only a couple selected ones from the same photoshoot go on Instagram and Tumblr. So for me Flickr is more like a photo album, Instagram and Tumblr a kind of special "showcase" and blogger, well, a blog LOL. I've been pretty much inactive on Instagram and Tumblr though, but I'm slowly getting back into the hang of things after returning from my hiatus. :)

    6. Post my photos on Flickr page and in my blog.

    7. Instagram, most definitely. I love that it allows you to have multiple accounts so you can have a personal account and a doll account.

    8. I prefer instagram, because I only have a cellphone to take pictures of my dolls, so it's the easiest way for me to share them.

    9. I used to use Flickr back in the day, but have now switched completely to Instagram ^^

    10. I prefer Instagram because it is easier to meet other doll lovers.

    11. Is there a way to get photos from Google Photos to show and not just the link?

    12. Instagram. Mainly I'm an art account though, so I don't think too many people are too into my occasional doll pictures, which kinda sucks. Not that I mind but. @bella8y lol

(Also I realized I'd been following who made this thread already omg, I didn't know you were into dolls ;0)

    13. I like Instagram because it's easy to use and people usually will like my photos. It is IridescentDoll. I also have a Flickr for my dolls but I don't use it very much so far. I also made a site on Weebly for my dolls but I haven't put much there yet. I have used DeviantArt and Tumblr for other things but not dolls yet.

    14. When I finally get my doll I will post her pics on Imgur, but that is just my host site to plop them here.

    15. Currently I use Instagram the most. I actually have my Flickr as storage and arranging the pictures in albums so I can find them easily for sharing links. But on Instagram I'm sharing more and more spontaneous.

    16. I use Instagram, Twitter and Flickr :kitty2

    17. I am just getting back to posting soooo, I used to use Flickr and I still will for a bit until I get my dotcom ready but the photobucket fiasco makes me want to host them myself to share from there and then make a dedicated doll Instagram. Doll Instagrams are so much more fun than Facebook groups! Better photos, less fussing! :thumbup

    18. Definitely Instagram for me, I chat to a lot of people on there and have met friends there too. I really enjoy posting there!
      (Same username as here)

    19. I prefer Instagram as well and post mostly on it since I have a bjd account, which is @goldie_wing. I like how easy it is to upload content and find other doll lovers. The hashtags are great too if you want to see a lot of different customizations of the same sculpt. However, I discovered Amino recently and I admit I'm quite fond of it already. I also use Flickr but it's only a mean to share my photos on other websites such as DoA.

    20. I prefer to post on inastagram even though the community here is pretty great it’s easier to post pictures
