Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     3. Two of my three dolls are from a Chinese company. I have an HZ(Heise) and Doll Love.

      My favorite Chinese company is...well hard to say haha. If I had to choose one it would be HZ. :)

      When I decide on a doll, I care most about face sculpt. I have to absolutely love it if I want to buy it. HOWEVER, I'm a little terrible for this but I will competely discard a doll just because don't like the body it comes on(as in the way the body looks), no matter how much I love the sculpt.:sweat So, needless to say, bodies are another thing I look at; sometimes in paricular seam sanding, which most Chinese companies do as part of the service.

    5. I would buy a doll from a Chinese BJD company, for me it's not about where it's from or who made it. It's about if I love the sculpt or not.
      My first doll love was from Dollzone, oh she is gorgeous, I wish I saved the money for her :'c

      Everything. Appearance, poseability, quality etc. And customer service is always important.

      Dollzone, although my latest doll is from Resinsoul.

      Resin quality, safe packaging, thin more mature looking faces, detailed body sculpts (muscle definition, veins).

    11. my first boy came from a chinese company and I could not be happier with him xP He's a Doll Leaves Wish.
      I also have an extensive Dollzone wishlist currently... I should be getting around to those dolls as well eventually.

    13. Spiritdoll is probably the best Chinese company i have purchased from. my doll from them is just amazing and has a beautiful company face-up. Impldoll is quite nice too although their dolls are mixed in quality, some are better made than others.

      lastly, my favorite doll in my collection was made by Angel of Dream and i really love her sculpt, but AoD itself has turned me sour. i see them as a terrible company (i am not talking about the artists or sculptors who work for AoD as they don't deal with customers or shipping). i've had multiple bad customer service experiences with them, i really doubt i will buy another AoD doll again and if i do it will be second-hand or through a dealer as AoD's customer service is...non existent almost. they treat their customers badly, have to be spammed to get any communication at all, and are flippant about their mistakes as well as extremely bad at shipping 1) on time 2) ever tracking your shipping.

      i don't want to put people off buying AoD dolls because there is nothing wrong with the dolls themselves, but if you do really want one then try to get one without going through AoD directly is my advice.

    15. Oh, really? I have found they are excellent quality, and the companies are fantastic to deal with. Impldoll is fabulous at answering emails, and assuring one that all is well. I will definitely deal with them again.

    17. i had no idea it mattered what country they came from. is there some sort of ranking system for which country has the best dolls or something?

      and for me i dont think it matters i still have to pay for the doll + 20 ems no matter where from asia coming from :p

    19. I don't particularly care what country the company is from it's all about my liking for the doll. I have three Ringdolls and an HZ boy in my group as they have some of the most stunning dolls I have ever seen. I don't really see how which country they are made in is of any importance.
