Withdoll 60cm discussion

My Withdoll Cecily has shipped! ^u^ She should be here by the end of the week, she's already at the Incheon airport. I can't wait to see her and paint her! ♥ ♥ ♥

I painted my Avi today so she'd be ready for the Halloween meet-up tomorrow! I am overjoyed with the outcome - there are some mistakes and it took like six hours but she looks perfect for now. ;__; ♥ ♥ ♥ This doll is quickly becoming my favourite, she is just so gorgeous and so much fun to handle. I need to send Withdoll a love letter and thank them for producing Cecily.

 

Wow, she looks amazing! Very unique, and I particularly like the way you did her eyeliner.

And again i'm just amazed how different they looks beacuse of wig and makeup)

@Kittzel and @Este Thank you so much! I'm so glad to hear you like her! ♥ And I agree, a face up and hair can change the sculpt so much. I find Cecily is very versatile too.

My Margery is ready, but the face up people didn't do the custom colors I requested and just gave her the default face up instead. She still looks lovely in the sweet blue, so I've accepted her as she is and will see how I feel when she gets here. I can always tweak or completely redo her face up if it doesn't grow on me, but I suspect it will.

 

Does anyone else have Adriana in hand? I'm waiting for mine, and I'd love some more owner photos, particularly of the cracked head!

Mine is due to ship next week, and I contacted Withdoll to make sure they're on schedule. AS soon as I get her I'll make sure to post photos! I definitely would love to see owner photos XD

It's lovely to see more of these girls arriving! Congrats to everyone who've gotten their girls home and hopefully those of you who are still waiting will get shipping notices soon!

I got my Adriana home on Friday and attempted a quick face up for her, but sadly it was too humid and the coating went bad... so I'll have to repaint her once the weather is better. It's been rainy for weeks now. =A=;

I used to have Elf Hunter Emma from their mini girls but wanted to switch her to 60cm size so that I could photograph her with her mom (Soom Vesuvia). I miss Emma's long elf ears, though, hopefully Withdoll will make a big girl with elf ears at some point. ;u;

 

Wow @Mizya, your girl is gorgeous! It's the photo desaturated, or is she originally all in greys?

I hope we get to see more Seniors before too long, too.

 

@Mizya Oh oh oh yay Adriana photos!! She looks very serious. Lovely styling.

I'm so impatient for my girl now. As far as I can tell I'm the only DOA ordered Adriana with Real Skin too.

 

Thank you! The photo is desaturated, but she's Gray skin and has a gray wig as well. Her face up also has gray tones with a hint of violet and pink. Apate's colour palette is pretty monochromatic as she only dresses in white.

I'm really curious to see what they come up with next. I'd love to see an armoured Senior girl! Their 40cm dolls have such amazing armours and weapons, so I'm sure they'd be even more impressive on the bigger dolls~

Thank you! Up close she has more of a smirk as the corners of her mouth curl up to a smile. But I like that she has a variety of different expressions depending on the angle that you photograph her from. Such a lovely sculpt!

I hope that you'll get your Adriana soon! It'll be interesting to see her in Real Skin, I'm sure she'll look gorgeous with a sunkissed skin~

 

@Mizya @Buzzibee I absolutely love Adriana but I was somehow captivated by Cecily and I could NOT justify ordering two impulse dolls... I can't wait to see more of your dolls, though!
