worst part of the sculpt?

    1. Mecha bodies are really nice, strong and big... Heads are nice too.. but together...
not happening.. the head is to small for the body.

    2. I think Spiritdoll female bodies are perfect, but they don't have a single head I want to buy. What is up with the super defined eyelid creases on those gals? I will probably have heads blushed to match the bodies if it's possible.

    3. I love Blue Fairy dolls and I cherish the one I have very much, but... I don't know, maybe it's their company photos but their eyes seem kind of... dark/shadowed? I don't know how to explain this but maybe it's the doll's lack of eyelashes in the faceup that makes their eyes seem to be bulging out yet ...in certain angles, if the light doesn't catch the eyes, the doll kind of has a dead/possessed expression, lol. :/
Their company photos are okay, but it was the owner's photos that made me really hooked on getting him in the first place, because they seemed to have a lot more...life.

Also someone mentioned Luts El's claw hands. I find them hilarious, though. xD

    4. Hmmm I can pretty much list the things in my dolls that I do not like. Lets start from smallest to largest shall we? Now lets take a walk over to my :
      Dream of Doll D.O.B Pisces
Shes lovely, I couldn't love her more....well okay fine, I'd love her more if only her ARMS stopped snapping at the elbows, and if the joint rested more properly in it's dang joint! Seriously, she literally FLAILS at her elbows!
Second of all, she can't hunch to save her life. At, all. Its just a smooth torso joint that doesn't lock, she can't even lean back. Like, seriously. Oh and of course, her face doesn't rest nicely on the head plate ._.
Its like....a gap, everywhere besides the grooves where her magnets are, (which oh, by the way, POPPED out in shipping)
But I love her all the same, her adorable face makes her lovable.

Now we move onto my, Dream Of Doll D.O.C Homme Kirill
His posing sucks, compared to the others, it sucks, and he has the NEW body too, not the long legged one! The elbow joint can't even reach his face, it's pitiful really.
Its hard to turn his head but I guess thats all down to stringing so I won't complain about that. Oh and by the way, is it NATURAL the S hook holding the feet breaks? Cause it did, (was a dang chore just to get him back together).
But...he's cute, so I shan't complain about that to much.

And....well the last one I intend on complaining about, my Dream of Doll D.O.T Homme Ducan
His ears....I love em, yeah I had to fit that in just to make it seem more dramatic. I love how his- LOVE how his elbow joint poses, best double joint I've dealt with....yet he can't seem to pose it much....he can't even HOLD his arm up till he can touch his EARS, I've restrung him many times, nothing works.
He can't stay hunched either, he always snaps straight, why? The groove is to smooth and once more, no locking system to keep him hunched or leaning back.
His thigh joint that allows him to sit, keeps turning away so making him sit turns...pretty much impossible unless you force it (and risk breaking the doll) or skewer round his pants just to turn it. (EDIT : By the way, he seems alot rougher than my other dolls and he flaked a little bit, is that normal?)

Pretty much my ramble turned rather long, I love the dolls anyways cause they were my dream dolls, meh, yeah I'll end it here.

    5. I don't know if I've posted here before but I'll post again

June(DIM Marianne)- her body is somewhat limiting in posing ability. but aesthetically very nice

Tristan (SOOM mecha angel Corvi)- his elbow twists sometimes and forces his forearm to look very odd.

Julius(dollshe Bernard with DSAM 35 body)- aesthetically not very pleasing several joints which needs manipulating to be able to sit is very annoying as well but he has such possibilties I love it and wouldn't give him up for the world...a few pinches is fine as long as he's around.

Celest(Souldoll Chantal)- her double joints...I don't like the her kness don't look like knees just balls and her shins and thighs are placed oddly together. I don't like her elbows either since they don't match up either. I also wish she had the extra thigh joint

Joker(DIM event head with Domuya flexi-2 body) This one required much work since I hated it so much...I tossed his thigh balls and modded them into the normal thigh ball joints you see, I tossed his hands and added jointed hands the neck was to small so I made it thicker and longer then modded his head to look like the Joker he's still a work in progress so I can't say what is good or bad about him yet

    6. I have a problem with the DollZone 1/4 boy body. I hate the feet and hands. XP
I replaced Yukio's hands with Minifee ones so i got rid of the ugly hands problem, but his feet are still really unpleasant to look at. They have socks on, but they're still really ugly to me.

And for my Dollshe boy, Ashe, the waist joint belly-pop is quite irritating to me. I usually make him slouch forward so I don't have to deal with it as much.

    7. I've never posed a doll with shoulder cups but they seem like they'd give the arm more range of motion, right? I think that would be great, it annoys me a bit that I can't make my Minifee's A-line's upper arms go in front of her chest. D: (The closest they can go is straight out, lol) And I've seen even smaller dolls with successful shoulder cups, so I know it could be done.

The other thing with the Minifee.. maybe I'm just bad at it, but it seems like to suwarriko joint is sort of hard to engage. Since it's under a cap, it really has to move a certain way for the elastic to slip into the hidden slot. I can hardly ever get the right leg to even do it. I wouldn't have minded a little extra surface anatomy showing, personally. But I guess most people are all about minimizing joint appearance. That's probably what the no-shoulder-cups thing is about, actually.

I'm being very critical though. My first doll is a Minifee so I'm sure I'm coming into this with very high standards. She really has an amazing body.

    8. nk-chan shoulder cups are pretty cool actually :'D they allow the doll to kinda slouch there shoulders foreword a bit so it looks more realistic (well for the delf girl and boys anyway xD)

    9. My migidoll body is really great, but the joints don't really fit together well, and he can't pose AT ALL. I p[lan on sueding him this sumeer, so hopefully that should help. Still love that body though, so I think it's worth it. ^ ^

    10. My Lati Green is a brick. I love her size/face/hands/feet and everything about her... but without a joint in the torso she feels SO SOLID... like holding a brick sometimes.

It'd be nice to be able to pose her better... but I don't want to hybrid her with another company. So I have come to lovingly refer to her as my little brick....

    11. Well, I can only speak to my Iplehouse Jessica. I feel the worst part of her is her derriere. It seems so flat. I wish it were more full and rounded and shapely. The flatness makes her thighs seem huge!

    12. I LOVE every little bit of my BlueBlood Waltz's body....he poses so well, all of his joints interlock perfectly with no gaps, and his body is like a MAN, not a boobles girl....

BUT his ANKLES ARE ROUND! What? The joint is a complete globe, with his fut attached....same with the wrists! I can't stand it! It kills the realism of some of my pictures.

    13. my dollmore kid aiden (Lucan) doesn't pose well. but that's most likely due to the fact that one of the things that i desire out of a doll is an insane amount of posing ability, i even value that over body aesthetic (example: i really like the idea of the 35 part dollshe bodies even though some ppl don't).

    14. I absolutely adore my Unoa Lusis 1.5, her body is sheer perfection to me. From the notches in her shoulder joints to the little tabs that allow her to sit more stably. My only gripe is the groove where her arms rest into her upper torso. It allows her arms to rest more flush against the body. Although this does give a more realistic image when she's dressed, whenever I undress her and raise her arms it's like there's this huge gaping indention. It's so ugly!

I'd also like it if she could sit swarriko, perhaps if the back of her knee joints were modified then maybe she could. Unfortunately, that'd disrupt my favorite part of her, the knees!

Her feet are also find of fug considering how dainty the rest of her is. She has these cavemen clunkers for feet! But I don't mind too much. I appreciate her for her flaws as they add character.

    15. Blue Fairies are my faaavorite line of dolls and if I had the money I'd own every single one of them in both genders! But what really bothers me is their wrist joint! I don't know if I can even explain it. The ball of the wrist is more like a rounded tube so when their hands are moved even slightly from being straight they get these "holes"....

A picture for illustration.. see how you can see into his body through his wrists? That drives me crazy! XD

      Though I reaaaally need wrist and hand motion on a doll for me to get them so I guess I'd rather the hole because of the good mobility than a hand that can't really move at all. ^^;;;

    16. BOBOBIE BODIES!!!! I would buy one but the MSD bodies look like TRASH.... ( I've seen them in person)

I hate it when the butt cheeks are overly detailed...

and the....*ahem* on most of the guys is just sitting there... it has no real connection to the body.... or any...package (my boy does so he's a real man ^_^)

    17. I don't like dolls with joints that are too open or exposed. Sometimes the joints just look plain weird, that's something that really puts me off.

    18. ^^" One thing I don't like about DoD's Camine are his eyes... I'm not sure why, but they just feel too big to me? Even though I own one XD But his wig is so big that I only see his mouth and nose (Sometimes those are hidden too!)

I'm also not a fan of DiM's Love Boy body >___> It's the wrist and ankle joints (connectors?) that get to me a bit. Maybe it's just my boy, but they make it harder for me to pose him and if a hand/foot slips out of place, there's a weird gap :c

      (Just saying >w>)" )

    19. Normally, I like most everything of most dolls, but there are a few things that bug me!

      Most things that bug me are about the DoC moulds, because two of the four I have are DoD's. xD The male moulds ALL look too girly. Sometimes it works, but with other characters I have it's just weird. Also, if they wanna make their dolls anatomically correct, don't 'half ass' it. o 3o;;

    20. The only thing that bothers me on my MNF boys is that they never want to sit staight, their upper torso joint always slouches to a side, also they can't put their arms straight beside them. Ner'n's head sits a bit loose on his neck so he has a bit of a bobblehead.
Ash, my MNF El who I love to pieces has only one thing in his sculpt that bothers me a bit, his cheeks. They're a bit schubby right besides his mound so they look a bit like a child's, but I forgive him his babyface. XD
Oh, and my MNF Marcia Dawn always looks kinda angry or displeased no matter how you put her eyes or her face-up. Guess she's just a grumpy little lady. (Maybe because she's the only girl)
