    2. Retrobox: That actually sounds about right....and for the soul doll are you talking about Grey? He actually poses quite nicely. A girl on another forum just got him recently, so I got to see some pics. He really is cute and seeing him not on the site actually makes me want him. :XD:

    4. Hmm, I'm not really big on the 'strange' elaborate fantasy dolls. While I think they are absolutely gorgeous, I don't really have the place for them in my home. Anthro is a bit too far for me. However, if it was really well done as a whole, I might consider it.

Kurai-Neko: OMGosh yes <3 Anubis (in the more godlike form than pure animal) would totally own the place- or just be a jackass - if the head was human with a jackal mask he would be snapped up without a second thought and i would buy clothes and everything in a heartbeat (i have a character that uses the namesake and is a cocky sonso xD)

      Retrobox: Yes i think there is only soom- there is one girl up in the market place, with wing arms and full body ... i can't remember how i found her though, i will have a look again ^^

      KaywinnitLeeFrye: maybe for now the custom doll service (linked somewhere in this thread) may well be a good place to think about a custom.

      MissFlynn: Fair enough, people are either on the fence or saying no off the bat ^^ Can't say i blame anyone to be honest ^^

    7. I probably wouldn't care about it one way or the other. I wouldn't buy one, since I only purchase dolls that fit in my storylines, and even my fantasy storyline has nothing like that in it. But it would be neat to look at other people's pictures.

    8. I wouldn't buy one simply because I've never created a character that would require such limbs. While I do have some characters (one of which I own in his human doll form) that can take on characteristics of felines (tiger and lions), I prefer them in their human forms, and I only have one boy now who constantly has animal limbs (his hooves), and that is because his character was originally designed to constantly have them.

      I do think it would be cute to someday have actual animal BJDs that were felines and such to be my dolls' counterparts, but I'm talking a full animal here and not some type of anthro which is what I think you are referring to.

    9. I'm not into fantasy dolls much so it's be a no for me. Nor am I into the whole anthro thing some companies have going on. I like what Iplehouse does and lets you decide if you want animal parts or no.

    10. I'm a cat lover but I have no personal interest in the felitaurs. So my answer is well no I wouldn't want one. I like centaurs but i haven't been able to justify buying the ones i've seen. But i'm not aposed to more fantasy dolls. I have an elf.

    11. I like fantasy characters but I would not buy one. Actually I think bec. price is the biggest factor LOL I like alot of Soom bjds, did bought 2 fantasy character, but sold them bec. I need money more. Also fantasy doll will clash will my other non fantasy dolls so they end up being sold 1st, so far not one have jump out to me and say buy me (but if they are like over 75 inch and under 400 i might LOL)

      And (getting lazy with replies now) everyone else, all i really can say is Fair enough. We all do have our differences after all- my fandoms or created worlds do flux waay too much, but some planning and a half will be needed to get another 'taur (no space for any more dolls xD Dern books.

    14. What i would really like to do is put the paws from the resinsoul dogs on a 15cm doll (with a bit of modding!) in order to make a canine-taur :3 it wouldn't be hard to make a felitaur from that owo.

      *felitaur as in minotaur- standing erect XD but a centaur one wouldn't be too hard either, if you're prepared to do a little work for it.

    17. Oh that is more than fine. Oddly I ended up creating an entire 'taur world a while ago, and one of the characters ended up following me... so i was thinking about getting a doll of him...

      I have found what his head could look like (blame DA <3) But then it's getting a body and then getting it painted to be an even colouring to match etcetc

      xD But it won't be possible till next year before i even think about him again. Though I really have no place for another doll right now xD

      Overall though the verdict is generally a no.

      Which is completely fine xD A lot of combinations are already out there, and people who are able to mod can very easily get ahold of what they need in most cases.

      People are even able to put special orders together in bulk (there is a mermaid one out there).

      For full 'taurs its going to be a modjob, or going to someone with a custom design and seeing if they will do it.
      Or at least waiting to see if more rare combinations will be made up in the future ^^

    18. Lol, if I ever make dolls, I plan to make a fully flexible SD sized spider lady. I would possibly buy a well made feline based centaur if I had a lot of disposable income. Right now I don't have a job or anything so I can't even buy the current fantasy doll I REALLY want, Souldoll Shiva. I don't like dolls that are too "normal". Because I'm normal. I experience normality all the time.

      That would be one heck of a challenge to work with... one worth every step i would like to think xD

      If i propose a design at any point to anyone I would have to rerally the interest and go "yoohoooo there is one possible" xD I like that with the mermaids there is a bulk order discount going on. Maybe more would be true with a different doll xD

      Though if anyone does point a felitaur out to me i would be so pleased xD - then Sod Chiron, the new kid on the block would be the purry one.

      But with making... I really need to see about how to make. It would be interesting with no tools or income to buy said tools xD I would be with craftknife and hands only xD

    20. I don't imagine myself doing that. I mean, the 'taur' type dolls are really cool to look at, but I don't see myself getting one for myself. I'm still for it, though - I just don't think I'd buy one.
