Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023.     1. I actually had no dolly plans for 2012 until I bullied my best friend into looking at my tumblr. She said she really wanted to buy me one, and I showed her the cheapest doll on my list, Sweet by Leekeworld, and she's going to by her for me for Christmas! So I will have a doll in 2012. (fist pump)

    2. Oh dear gods, I have no Idea. Probably end up buying 2 dolls.... WAIT! I already got 2 new dolls this year...
      But I want a new SD sized doll, a woman, with beautiful body and good posing, with sharp and personal face. Also I'm already almost half way saving to a new MSD. Probably end up buying it in couple of moths. We'll see.

    3. No new dolls. Just staying on course to add museum quality clothing for my BJD's - beautiful bags, shoes, accessories, hats.
      Love hard cap wigs.
      And I've been beading luxurious tops to use for evening wear and mix and match with evening wear in mind.

      Enjoying my doll collecting and not getting caught up in that madness that seems to have overtaken in doll collecting these days where limited editions are forging people into decisions they eventually regret.

    5. 2012 doll goals! Everything I want is more achievable than it would have been at this time last year - I have a job, good supportive friends, and I'm graduating at the end of this year. It's a good feeling!

      - Post and contribute more to the community
      - Buy a Spiritdoll Elegance girl body
      - Put my long-awaited Dollzone Clare on layway by the end of the year
      - Begin making my own doll clothes
      - Learn how to take nicer photos with my digital camera
      - Resist temptation to buy any more floating heads!

    9. Saving up for my first lady right now (and trying to pick a face sculpt! Iplehouse has three that are close to perfect in different ways...), and her honey (much easier to decide upon!)

      If I'm lucky/good, I'll be able to re-shell Maurice and bring home his other half as well... but that might be asking too much-- we'll have to see what else distracts me.

      Also planning on expanding my boys' wardrobes (and Estee's as well, once I do get her)-- doing some sewing and crafting. Doing some new faceups on the crew, too. And taking more photographs!

      Above all, I'd really love to be able to actually make it to more doll meets. We haven't been able to hit the last several, and I'm so looking forward to the one at the end of this month.

    10. As of now, I just plan to buy my first doll. Already bought clothes/wigs/eyes, and will be buying a Crobidoll Do-Hu very very soon. And as much as I'd love to buy the 6 others on my current wishlist as well as soon as possible, I'm thinking just one doll may be it for this year. P :

    12. I hope that I can finally buy a head for my Henrietta... Soom Cass has been in my dreams soo long so I have to have her! And besides, my only man in the house needs a woman... If I manage to get her I have to buy 'few' things for her.. And make some clothes for her and for the others too. And hopefully I have the time to take some pictures too :) A lot to do, but luckily they are things that I love to do <3

    14. Plans for 2011: Acquiring more BJD clothes, shoes, eyes, and wigs. Oh, and a new face-up for Feya.
      Successful Implementation: Yeppers-peppers.

      Plans for 2012: Well... I saw an Unoa faceplate and purchased it on impulse. She's getting painted, so now I'm lookin' for a body. Preferably the SoulDoll female new General body.
      Successful Implementation: Pending...

      Plans for Some Other Year Kinda Far Away, but Possibly (Though Not Likely) 2012: Purchasing the floating Soom Beyla head my friend has just laying around, and ordering a relatively inexpensive female body for her.
      Successful Implementation: In my mind...

    15. A plan is a good thing.
      My 2012 resolution was not buy any dolls and just develop the current dollies characters but before January was out I had ordered three dolls and received one. Aries are never good at plans.

      So given the above
      ..Make a cool forest house for my realpuki family
      ..Learn to make dolly shoes
      ..Wallpaper my dolly shelf
      ..Sew more, buy less (like that is gonna happen)
      ..Pray Fairyland doesn't design more cool small dollies and/or have sales/events etc
      ..Practice faceups with my new airbrush
      ..give up trying to control my impulsive nature
      ..play dollies more, not prowl the streets looking for love in all the wrong places (lol guys!)
      So...yeah, thats it for now.

    16. I didn't really have anything planned 2011. Near the end of the year, I decided that I no longer wanted MSD sized dolls for the time being and sold all of my MSD and MSD related stuff. Instead, I made a promise to my parents at the beginning of the new year that I would only have one doll until I finish college. So basically, my 2012 plans is to find the one YO-SD sized doll that really spoke to me and complete/spoil "it" as perfectly as I can. :3

      My dollie plan List for 2012...&#9829;
      Obtain my dream YO-SD, Soom Aloa (who I missed out on :c) with his default outfit (achieved)
      ~> Finish my little Aloa, Apricot.
      &#9829; Commission a Faceup artist. (Current Work in Progress...)
      &#9829; Sell the rest of my MSD stuff. (Almost all gone...)
      &#9829; Buy some nice clothing that suit his character.
      &#9829; Get him the right pair of eyes.
      &#9829; Find the right wig colour.
      &#9829; Have his body blushed and figure out something for the chip in his hoof if possible.~
      &#9829; And If I could fit it in this year, I would really like to help my friend buy her first bjd as well. I might have promised my parents I wouldn't buy myself another bjd, but they didn't say anything about buying somebody else one! ^u^

      ...I have a feeling it will be real painful going through the years maintaining my parent's wish, but I plan to control myself to the best of my abilities!!! XD (Pfftt..., so didn't happen. lol!)

      2. Save for my 2nd doll
      3. Practice faceups/restringing on my cousin's custom house Hyun and Iriya
      4. And be more active in the forum, so that I will have a better idea of the world I just jumped into

    19. i honesty am feeling so very happy with my luts mia that i dont feel the urge to buy any more at this stage, i do have a few new outfits on the way but i think i will just care for the ones have for the moment.

      i desperately need some more shoes, and possibly a violin or cello for one of my girls..i've always wanted one to sit and play cello

I received so many dolls in 2011 (in fact, all my dolls of 2011 arrived before Aug 2011--- that's probably why I was so overwhelmed: 2 Dollshes that I ordered Nov 2010, but didn't receive until late-2011; also bought and received 3 other dolls) that I had a little panic attack and had to reorganize everything and decide if I'm keeping everything. I found out I had, surprisingly, more clothes and accessories than I thought. In late 2011 and early this year, I ended up only selling 2 dolls and 1 body, but I'm much more secure in my plans and dolls now.

      So far this year (2012), I have already ordered an Aria Doll Sleeping Valentine (57cm) and Angela (42cm), because, unfortunately, Aria Doll had closed shop, but also luckily for me, they decided to make available all their discontinued sculpts.

      For the rest of this year, I plan to:
      purchase a MSDoll Drayton head
      purchase a Dikadoll Masu in grey
      purchase a Spiritdoll Elegance boy body

      I'm also going to focus on adjusting and trying out more of the patterns from my Doll Coordinate Recipe books, mainly for my 2 Aria Doll minis, and buy 2 cute frock dresses from Atelier-Soda for my other 2 large Aria Dolls. And also to document the finished products with hopefully decent photography.
