Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. For me it goes:
      1: Finish paying off dollzone rosemary.
      2: Get my dollfie dream Saki a face-up
      3: Work on getting everyone more outfits
      4: Pray that no more dolls I like come out for a while!!

      Seriously I'm making a vow to work on getting my current dolls all face-up'ed and dressed. I'm going to say no to new dollies for a while even if it kills me!

    2. Doll plans for this year include:

      1. To buy a Volks DD2 body for the floating head I have. I originally wanted the DD3 but I've real some reviews that aren't too favorable about it.

      2. I need to make or buy more cute clothes!

      3. Need to buy more shoes. Especially looking for Victorian style light brown boots.

      4. Get an Elfdoll Smiling Soah head.

      But my doll plans never go accordingly!

    4. In 2012 I got my first Bjd, Ryo :) I hope that I can afford 2 big bjd the girl and the boy this year, so while saving I might spoiling my Ryo with making him new outfit ^^ *faito~*

    5. 2011 - I made no plans, so, I suppose, everything went as planned :lol:

      2012
      1. Sell off remainder of the fashion doll collection
      2. Get face-ups refreshed by professionals for all dolls from 2003-2004 period, as their defaults are becoming dull (Vega, Lyrae and Anaïs; others have been re-done in 2011)
      3. Transition everyone to urethane, high quality glass and/or silicone eyes (about a third there)
      4. Practice blushing (starting with hands, working up to full body)
      5. If number 4 goes well, play around with face-ups
      6. Complete my Rosette/C-line hybrid
      7. Work on photography skills
      8. Buy a macro lens
      9. Take more quality pictures
      10. Buy more dolls!

    6. Buying Plans-
      Get my 5stardoll Edmund ordered, along with his eyes, wig, and one of his planned outfits.
      Save for one of my planning intensive dolls (D.O.I. Luke, MNF Soo, or Dollzone Ani)

      And to think, I've been so good the last year and 1/2 by not wanting any. :P

      Creative Plans-
      Practice Faceups until I'm comfortable with them
      Improve my felted dreadlock wig idea from a prototype to something my friend will want!
      More doll sized knitting
      Learn to sew using a machine. :)

    7. My plans are not to get any more dolls unless I know who they are!

      Also I'm modding one of my dolls into a unicorn (from a sheep), so that's my dolly plan for this year! I've got a great start on her, now to just keep going!

    8. In theory (DoA and BJD specific anyways):

      - Continue knitting lessons. Be able to knit a dolly sweater by Christmas. Or at least scarves and toques.
      - Since ultimate savings account padding has been achieved, save until savings account minus doll funds equal padding amount.
      - Finally decide between SF Paul or MWJ Jaden for Snarky/Robot Boy/The character who's name has temporarily been Mike for like two years now.
      - Try not to break down and succumb to that whole "the Paul head will damn well fit on that junior body because I say so!" line of thought. Even if I have found image proof of other Shiny Fairy/Minoru Junior hybrids. Because seriously, my apartment is not built for modding of any sort.
      - Continue looking for perfect Crooked Man/Evil McEvilly doll. Continue doubting said doll's existence as I have in the past.
      - Lay off the doll related spreadsheets. Or at least stick to spreadsheeting for dolls you actually *want*.
      - Quit it with the never ending folder of doll related bookmarks. Or at least aim for organizing them some.

      1. NO MORE DOLLS until Autumn---I bought too many in 2011! O_o;

      2. Do more sewing for myself and my etsy shop. ^-^

      3. Improve wardrobe for my 1/6 dolls, 1/3 boys, and 1/4 dolls. The 1/3 girls are SPOILED! XD

      4. NO MORE BLACK SHOES. No more. I need other colours! XD

    12. I haven't bought any dolls since August 2010 and I sold two in 2011!

      SOOOOO.... I'd actually like to buy a couple or so this year.

      Pipos Grey charlotte with tail and beast hands. I've been pining for this cat since she was first released.

      Iplehouse JID Isar: I'm hoping Iplehouse will have another Christmas event with the EGs and I can get her then. I'm not going to be able to buy her during this ordering period.

      Iplehouse JID Amy: Depending on if I get Isar or not. I'd love to have an Amy around. She's just so cute.

      BUT...
      If for some reason I can't get dolls, I'd really like to get custom eyes for my current girl, new clothes and wigs for her, and practice more sewing on her. I'd also want to re-do her face-up (but that's happening regardless of new dolls or not).

    13. My main plan is to get a Resinsoul Pixiu. The sculpt and dragon features fit perfectly for a character I want to have as a doll. Well except for the feet, but I'm hoping I can get human feet from somewhere, maybe I'll ask the company when I order from them...

      I'm also sort of wanting a little critter doll from somewhere. I'm possibly thinking one of the Resinsoul dogs, but if that happens, it's going to be way way in the future. I don't have the money to afford a bunch of dolls...

      A secondary plan is to learn to knit better than I do now, and sew, and do... All sorts of stuff so my doll has a bunch of cool clothes and stuff!

    15. For 2011, I wanted to learn how to clean and restore dolls that needed a little TLC. How did that turn out? I still have a lot to learn in this area I'm sure, but I feel ready enough to try some projects.

      For 2012, I want to do some restoration projects and also expand my doll collection. So far I'm off to a quick start, having bought five dolls last week. None of them have arrived yet officially, although I think a couple of the dollfies are on-island now for delivery tomorrow.

      1) Sell Lishe to replace with Siean

      2) Sell a couple minis for a BF for Siean lol

      3) Finally finish face-ups when weather is nice.

      4) Make sure I plan future character VERY WELL before buying them, Leaving no stone unturned XD


      That's why I have to sell. To afford new dolls and because I am sure someone will give the ones I didn't plan entirely for (and didn't bond with,) the attention they deserve :(

      My BJD plans for 2012(and I'm thinking bigger than my budget here :P)
      1.Get Ger a face-up
      2.Get a FL Realpuki PoPo
      3.Get FL Minifee Shiwoo
      4.Get Shiwoo a face-up
      5.Aquire some clothes for the boys
      6.Set up a space in my room away from the sunlight for mah boys. Some of those heat/cold/sunlight blocking curtains might help...

    20. 2011 was a good year, in terms of dollies, I got 4 new dolls, a membership for here, and I finally learned how to sew by machine!

      For 2012?

      1. Get Iplehouse Asa! I've been yearning for her for 2 years now, and 2012 is it!
      2. Buy Ha and Coco bodies, their cloth bodices are starting to wear out and collecting dust!
      3. Shoes, shoes, shoes! Only Hong has shoes, and that's because she came as a full set, so at least a pair for the other 5.
      4. Another boy doll or 2, Dai is in the midst of a harem XD
      5.I need a decent doll carrier, not a homemade one that fell apart during a meet, or a duffel bag that dislocated my shoulder from all the weight x.x
      6. It'd be cool to get a few MSD's
      7. And a couple tinies.
      8. And maybe an anthro-tiny, like a Coco Tribe bunny.
      9. Moar props and furniture. Taobao has some amazingly beautiful SD couches and doll decor for stupidly cheap prices.
      10. Host a meet at my house. Or at least go to more meets.

      I dunno about y'all, but I'll be going back and crossing off these items as I get them! So that's 9 dolls [holy crap! xD] 2 bodies, 15 pairs of shoes, a doll carrier, house stuff, more interaction, and a partridge in a pear tree.
