My personal favourite 1/6 ball-jointed doll is my Littlefee Leah from Fairyland because she was my very first. She'll always be special to me. I like Littlefee for their posing, Be With You for their aesthetics, Iplehouse BID for their skin colours. Every 'YOSD' has something that makes them unique.
My favourites are Volks YoSDs! They are so wonderful and study. They pose well, even though they aren't as posable as some other dolls of the same size (like Fairyland Littlefees - another great doll!).
I really love Doll Zones YOSD, they're super cute and their bodies are very lovely. I love their hands too! I've had one littlefee, and I sold it because their hands are so ugly and bulky

This is my favorite size of doll by far. I love love love Cerisedolls Lillycat Chibbi Newt. She's by no means easy to find clothes for because her proportions are wack! But she is so cute. Other favorites include the Atelier Momoni Pitusas because of their poseability. And the Somni Body fits a lot of barbie and blythe clothes quite well which makes them easy to dress. And Dollzone Honey and Milky Tea are adorable, I wish I had the money to get one. And Dust of Dolls Appi Cöta.... And Fairyland Littlefee Mio.... I could keep going........ I LOVE this size
My Favorites are Dust of Dolls Appi and Kinoko Juice Kiki. Appi is Cöta my favorite, but i love all molds =)
