5StarDoll is a Chinese company that was established in 2005. Company representative doll*fan stated that the name was chosen to reflect that they "want to offer 5 star quality dolls and 5 star customer service". Their dolls are notable for comparatively low prices and high possibility.
Originally, each doll was offered as a basic blank doll, with the options of adding a wig, eyes, a face up, and/or a set of clothing. Currently their dolls have the options of a blank face, default company face-up, or a custom face-up.
