A Chinese BJD company since 2010, if you are to believe what it says on their TaoBao site.
They make an array of fantasy themed dolls, some macabre bordering on uncanny valley for some. They also have quite a few human sculpts in their lineup.
Skin tones are white, normal, tanned, normal pink and grey for certain sculpts.
