Things that may increase your wait time

1. Changing or adding to your order near the shipping date.
2. Problem identified during the final quality check. If something is not up to par they will have to do it again.
3. General production problems.
4. Mistakes or problems with payment.
5. Excessive questions in the Q&A board.
6. Company closure due to national holiday.
7. Glow skin (especially 'darker' tones) take longer to make than regular matte resins.
8. Sale Events: These increase the volume of dolls, etc. being made Christmas and pre Christmas orders can slow times especially when you add general parcel delivery times of the season.
