The Fairyland LittleFee Arctic Fox face plate was an Event Gift. It was released for the "New Years Event" (December 31, 2009 - February 15, 2010). It was given free to customers who have purchased more than a certain amount. There was no makeup option, but it was possible to request the skin color: Natural skin or Beautiful White Skin.
