Reason for choice:

I wanted a "grown up" version of Hettie, and 1/3-scale female centaurs are as rare as proverbial hen's teeth. I liked the sculptural style of the DC centaur girl, so that was a natural pick for her bod.... but I didn't care for their choice of head. After seeing a Gray "in person", I decided to try out making Hypatia a hybrid.

Hypatia will eventually have a deer tail and some body blushing added.

Hypatia isn't a big believer in clothes... She typically wears nothing but bits of jewelry and the pelt of the last rugaru who tried to invade her territory.

(No actual wolves... evil shapeshifters or otherwise... were harmed in the making of Hypatia's "outfit". That's a very carefully-sourced rabbit hide she's wearing.)

Hypatia the cairn guardian is a "grown up" version of Clyde, Huckleberry and Maddie's sharp-hooved friend Hettie.

It was raining cats and dogs as Hypatia arrived today, so I only braved the outdoors long enough for one quick picture to show her hybrid body/head proportions...

Over-all the Gray head is a pretty decent fit for the Y-07 body. The neck is definitely a bit too thin, giving her some of that "bobble-headed" look, but it's not so bad that I feel the need to try modifying it. She's evo resin, so matching any additive mods to the existing material would be dicey.

Being sister-companies, the resin match between the DC bod and DZ head is (as expected-) perfect.
