Reason for choice:

We had always liked Bix and our friend was selling him for his original asking price. We thought he might work for one of idrisfynn's characters, but when we got him home she told me that he was clearly meant to be the new version of Pierce.

Best Points:

I love everything about his face, but especially the cheekbones, nose, mouth, jawline, brow and eye parts of the face.
His default face-up is lovely enough that I've never really felt compelled to change it.

Worst Points:

The Soom Super Gem body is a lousy poser.
His full body blushing means I can't change his jewelry very often for fear of scraping it.

Quiet, serious and peace-loving, but also materialistic, possessive, critical and bitter. Fond of Persian cats, Persian rugs, stringed instruments, artist self-portraits, and handsome men who treat him very well.

When their daughter Anastasia was in her late teens, Pierce left Aeschylus. There had been too much deceit, madness, self-medication, and infidelity for him to take it anymore even though it meant giving up the affluent lifestyle he'd rather shamelessly reveled in for so long. Aeschylus doesn't really let anyone leave though. He's even dragged people back from the dead and shoved them into new bodies because he can't bear to be without them. After a few punishing years wherein Pierce learned that being an arrogant prick doesn't get you very far in the working world, especially as an ailing old man, Aeschylus stepped back into Pierce's life to offer him a second chance in a new and seemingly identical body. The body was a clone made by Magnus' research team and raised as an ordinary child in Switzerland. Aeschylus had already attempted to start over with this new young version of Pierce, but this one didn't like him. The superimposed childhood memories weren't sticking quite right and the falsity of the relationship was disappointing to Aeschylus. Family drama went seriously pear-shaped. Magnus got involved in the clean-up and it fell out that Pierce would take his clone after all and the occupying starter soul would not be destroyed by Aeschylus but would be given its own shell. (That cheeky little soul turned out to be Kaspar.) Pierce couldn't resist the lure and tried again with Aeschylus, but this time it imploded within months. Aeschylus left the country and as far as anyone knows hasn't been seen by anyone but St. James since. Pierce has declared himself really and truly done with Aeschylus but has no proof that he can actually maintain that stance under pressure.
