Seriously?! Oh man, I wonder what happened! I'd been hoping to be able to get more wigs from her sometime (like for my new Dahlia when she comes). They were such nice wigs! I'm honestly shocked to find she shut down.

 

Perhaps she felt it was time to retire. At any rate, you might want to email her and see if she has anything left you would like for Dahlia.

Adorable picture! And gosh, looking at your Daish is making me want to order the one I want so badly, but I really need to save up funds first. The more I stare, the more I think I actually like Daish's face sculpt better than Dahlia's... can't believe I'm saying that!

Those mini Dahlias are so tempting! If they release one in the Lillia sculpt, I'm probably doomed. lol

Anyway! New girl came! I'd ordered a Schlierenist Dahlia on a year layaway and paid her off six months early, and she just arrived on Friday! She's so pretty! Decided to call her Annabella. Sort of named after the horror movie icon but WAY prettier than that. *cough*



I even took the time to make a box opening thread for the first time in like ... years. lol

The total of the numbers in the leftmost column is 172! That's 172 limited edition Lusion dolls sold as of today, and who knows how many of the unlimited Lusions have been sold! I think that's pretty interesting and hope someone else enjoys this table. I think it's fun having an idea of how many other Lusions are around the world, and think it's great that they've been so successful despite being so large, making it sort of a niche market in the BJD hobby. Also, personally I like knowing available stock so I can prioritize my next purchase, but I'm happy to know there's still 5 left of the particular Daish I want

I was really shocked at the number of Sonambulinsomnia Elf Dahlias that were sold! I imagine there must have been many, many more of the unlimited version Elf Dahlias that were ordered. Makes me wonder how many unlimiteds are actually out there!

 

The elf Dahlia has a slightly different and happier expression than the regular Dahlia, so I am not surprised that she is almost sold out. She was never available as a basic.

 

Dollmore has said they won't release a basic Illua, so the Chocolat versions are the most economical versions. I would love an elf Illua!
