I keep going back to the pictures of demon girl and I love her design so much but I prefer Burmilla's face/expression. So tough to decide because you know Sio2's creations only get better and netter with each release...

 

Yup here's a screenshot of Sio2 sold on Y!J and it's shocking how high the bids went! I mean just look at LipStick sold for $899.48 usd! :O Civet was sold for $634.93! Oh my gosh!

And OMG @__@ Aoandon Now i'm wondering if she's also going to be available on TaoBao too....

 

Goodness, Aoandon is so much cuter than I thought she was... and her preorder period is so sudden, too! I think it's a good thing for many people, it's nice to have info about her, but it's a shame for anyone that has to save up so quickly. :'I I hope you guys can buy her.
I'd love to have her, but she's not on the ragdoll body, which I really wanted... b'aw... u.u

 

T_T Nooo... I was hoping Aoandon wouldn't be released for a little while longer... I'm saving money for the DoD Appi release (that we've been waiting for a year now rofl). And I must say, I'm really disappointed that she comes with the human body... :/ I was hoping for the Ragdoll body, cause I wanted to make her be a "familiar in an MMO game" character...

 

@Shailara ; a ; I'm sorry, I know how it feels. Maybe you could do a split for the head, and try to buy a ragdoll body on the secondhand market? There's also a few hours left in Burmilla's preorder period, so you could layaway her and sell her head? There might also be layaway for Aoandon! It's kinda depressing to see a doll's order period come and go without being able to do anything about it, wondering if you'll actually be able to find them on the secondhand market and for how much more... ; e ;

 

That seems quite a bit of trouble and I don't know if anyone would want just a Burmilla head (or with the Aoandon body) TuT; I think I'll settle for the human body, if I'm able to get her (and maybe keep an eye out on the secondhand market, although I don't think anyone would sell the body separately...) . I don't know if I'll even have enough to put down for the first payment of a layaway ahaha Q^Q;; (I also wonder if her price will be similar to Burmilla and if she'll release Aoandon on Taobao for cheaper)...

Maybe we could very kindly beg for the ragdoll body to be included as an option? XD

 

For the taobao, I was seeking information in SIO2 QQ fans group, the artist was in that group too. I haven't heard about Burmilla releasing on taobao.but anyway I am happy I ordered internationally!!

After days in that group, it will be cheaper if you purchase them directly. even in Chinese bjd marketplace, for people who familiar of their 1/3 doll, Taolu went up to 2000 rmb which is about $300 (original price was about $120 or 150?)and lots of people willing to pay that much...

Yeah, I actually had an Astonished Ragdoll on layaway, but I had to give her up because of money issues, and like... she's only going to cost more, lol! :'D I'm afraid to find out what the secondhand price is. She's not the kind of doll to be sold, I think, because she's adorable which means Ragdoll owners are sentimental about her sculpt. Maybe I should save up for one of those auctions?? ^e^ I did see someone trading a Ragdoll head with the resin wig on weibo, though. They wanted a Pomilla head, I think? I'm not sure if it's a BJD head by another creator, or if it's a translation for Burmilla. So there are some people willing to trade or sell, I guess, and JellysFancy bought a secondhand Ragdoll on this marketplace, from what I read a few pages ago! :'3 so the body might come with a head, but you can sell that if you don't want it.

Also, maybe we should ask for the ragdoll body! I was going to but I'm pretty sure it won't work, but it's worth a polite check!
; a ; I think a Burmilla head on the human body could sell, because I am assuming it's the same human body that Burmilla is purchased on as well, so it would be like selling a human Burmilla.
But, yeah, I really hope you can buy Aoandon! I think quite a few people would like the human body for a hybrid for other dolls, but I'm not sure... no matter what, just don't stress out! Dolls are supposed to be a fun hobby, okay? :3

 

Welp, with the announcement of the lovely little horned girl-if anyone is looking to sell some of the extra hands they get from the Burmilla set, let me know! (I hope saying that is allowed here)

Bummed they didn't offer more hands, but im so dang excited for her!!! Glad I made the other doll I just ordered a layaway

 

Yea I've been trying to see if anyone going for the full set so I can buy the hands... I actually found someone who only wanted the head and someone else who'll take the body but in the end the split fell through cause one of them saw that Burmilla might be for sale on Taobao for cheaper

Regarding the Ragdoll body, I did leave a polite message on their Facebook, since someone else also asked for it... perhaps they'll see how many people want it and allow it? ^_^ I sure hope so~

 

I saw the updates on their DOA thread, it says layaway avaliable too! 30% deposit in 3 months.

Maybe they will change their mind if more people prefer multiple options rather than a nude doll? I don't know, can't afford Aoandon after Burmilla anyway hope you guys could get Aoandon!!!

Ahhh so cute! I dunno what to do ;-; there's so many adorable dolls coming out! Do you know if she will be available on Taobao as well? Is Burmilla going to be on Taobao? I just wish the dolls are released on both websites at the same time instead of separately....

They also replied on FB and said that all details will be released later, but packages and sets MAY change 8D So I think they are considering the ragdoll body (and perhaps other fullset items, like those cute feet/shoes) !

 

Someone said they will, but none of the official people(i mean the people in SIO2) announce any actual notification of her. I guess it will same as Burmilla? If they open pre-order Burmilla on taobao, they might open Aoandon on taobao. Just don't know when
Well... I am kinda understand why they not releasing at same time, one concern is that most people will probably buy from some kind of taobao agent instead of SIO2 theyself.....just my guess
I am happy that SIO2 went globaly and get to known by more and more people, they are my favoriate doll maker and my first doll came from them. So much love and hope them getting better and better
