Young Iplehouse Doll (or YID) was Iplehouse's first series of dolls released since the company's beginning in 2003. With the introduction of the Elder Iplehouse Doll series in 2007, the original line was given its own name to distinguish it from series to come. Male dolls of this series were 63cm tall, having optional Model type and Muscle type bodies, while females were 59cm tall. They were available in normal and white skins with a range of tan skins and special Real skin available in limited runs.

The original line was discontinued at the end of January 2012. On March 24th they released their first two female YIDs with the new body: Emilia and Erica.
