ANother Secret is a Chinese ball-jointed doll company. Its artists are named after the days of the week:

Most of the heads are 1/3 size. Heads are cast in normal skin resin and are designed to fit on Volks SD10, SD13 girl, SD17 etc. bodies. There are also 1/4 and 1/6 sculpts showed on the ANother Secret's blog.
