Fashion Iplehouse Doll (or FID) was first launched during the start of August, 2016.

The FID (female) is described as having an athletic and sexy body compared to other female dolls. The body is a "little bit bigger than the JID but it is more mature and sexy than the EID woman". By 2018, they introduced a new F.I.D. female body. It is slightly slimmer than the original. When ordering there is a choice of bodies - original or new body and two bust sizes.

The FID (male) as described by Iplehouse "Compared to original HID body, it is a slimmer version. We focused on minimizing the muscles and adding details so it will still have a dynamic line. Also FID Man can move and pose easily since it has s slimmer and long legs and arms." Iple also offers two FID male bodies, muscular and model.

FID dolls are currently offered every other month: Feb., April, June, Aug., Oct., and Dec. From the beginning, Iplehouse has not offered and still is not offering them in the Doll Choice section.

8/2/2016 - FID (female) announced, "First we will release it the body with our famous characters, Stella, Raffine and Miho (adjusted version of Yui). We will be offering two type of make up for each dolls with customized clothes, wigs and shoes." 9/26/2017 - FID Woman Arm Parts Renewal -- We adjusted FID arm parts and it is released with new FID dolls. "By the way, for any who are curious, the tattoo writing is Korean and says 'love, trust, and happiness'." * Posted about one of the first three FID males. I believe the reference is about Arvid.

Colors

The F.I.D is available in white, normal, peach gold, special real, light brown, glow white, glow normal, glow peach gold, glow special real, gray and ebony. Gray and ebony are not necessarily available year round.

Eyes

Best fits: 1) 8 mm Small Iris (8 mm eyes, with 6 mm pupil) 2) 6 mm oval glass eyes.


6 mm round is a little small, but the pupils on most 8 mm eyes are too big.

Wigs

5/6 Monique wigs work perfectly for the girls

Some size 5-6 wigs can be tight and a silicone wig cap can be necessary to hold wigs in place. Limited choices lead people to buy 6-7. Size 6 is usually the best fit.

Shoes

FID (F) -

Iplehouse JID(G) dress/ankle strap shoes are a little loose but not so much that they fall off.

The American Model shoes are a tiny bit long, but some of the best fitting. The heel feet fit in a pair of AM (american model) sandals. Shoes from He-Meife (ebay) Their Minifee fit the FID girls nicely. American Model shoes can be big but the boots are fine

Cissy, and Kitty Collier (made by Kingstate.) typically fit.

Souldoll Kid boots fit.

Evangeline Ghastly (for older vinyl) - will not fit but newer ones fit, maybe a little large, but will work with socks and stockings.

Dalerae slim MSD work great on FID (F)

FID (M) -

Shoes that fit are Peter Pevensie 19" doll shoes.

JID boy boots fit, because they are 7.8cm long. However the JID shoes do not always fit (always double check)

Non fitted CED clothing can sometimes be shared by FID(F)

Souldoll Vito tops. The tops and jacket fit fine but Vito pants are too big.

Collector Review/Suggestion: "Hot glue sueding changes the boy's legs 100%! They DO want to flop easily with those top-heavy bodies at first, but if you suede the hips and, very thinly, knees and ankles, they pose like a dream :) thick layers in the knees make them buckle because of the shape, I find."
